In view of this,This study Bayinguoleng Mongol Autonomous Prefecture Region of xinjiang Yanqi County, Bohu, and Heshuo county and county-scale dairy farms and quiet as the research object, Adopt the method of clinical diagnosis to determine the type of clinical mastitis incidence; By using clinical diagnostic tool to determine the incidence of clinical mastitis; By using Lanzhou Mastitis Test law and combination of milk pH value diagnostic tests subclinical mastitis incidence; The acquisition of milk samples by conventional microbiology means testing laboratory; By using the method of epidemiological investigation means and checked the cow’s age and stage of lactation, investigation, finally use the statistical analysis of means to find out the incidence of mastitis and climate, season, lactation, milk yield, the relationship between style and diet.The results of the study are as follows:①The overall incidence of dairy cow mastitis was 45.92% of Bayinguoleng Mongol Autonomous Prefecture Region of xinjiang(551/1200), of which type of clinical mastitis incidence of 5.6%(68/1200);The recessive mastitis morbidity was 40.25%(483/1200). Type of clinical mastitis milk area positive rate was 5.23%(244/4668); Recessive mastitis of the milk area positive rate was 31.53%(1472/4668).②A total of 15 kinds of pathogens isolated from 1149 strains of bacteria, including streptococcus accounted for 41%(471/1149), Staphylococcus aureus accounted for 27.4%(315/1149); Various bacteria accounted for 31%(354/1149), among them Escherichia coli accounted for 13.79%(158/1149).③ Based on the incidence and checked the cow’s age, stage of lactation, and so on and so forth,survey statistics, with the increase of age, the incidence of mastitis is on the rise; With the increase of tire time, its incidence is also on the rise, of which a first-timer incidence of cattle lowest, highest rates more than 7 fetal cows; Lactation stage, late lactation mastitis were the highest, followed by more than 300 days of lactation stage.④Mastitis, mammary with season month, milk yield, milk way, diet, etc, has a certain relationship between seasonal aspect, starting from November each year significantly higher incidence of dairy cow mastitis, peaked in December and march mastitis incidence began to fall; Presents the characteristics of high middle and low, both ends showed obvious seasonal; Lactation month, lactation mastitis develops in1-2 months and 9-10 mammary month, namely the early lactation and stop breast feeding more; Milk yield,the higher the rate of positive of mastitis, the lower milk production; Milk, milk machine milking incidence of mastitis was obviously higher than that of manual; The diet aspect, the feed to add vitamin A,beta-carotene, vitamin E, selenium, zinc, copper, etc., can strengthen the body disease resistance of mastitis,the detection rate and the incidence of clinical mastitis of recessive mastitis has dropped significantly.Research results show that the high incidence of dairy cow mastitis in Bayinguoleng Mongol Autonomous Prefecture Region of xinjiang, pathogenic variety, cause is complex, has the obvious seasonal,in order to reduce the incidence of a disease, to the local consumers to provide a green and healthy dairy products, should be fully prepared nipple hygiene management, cooperate with the barn health disinfection;Timely treatment of clinical mastitis, Do a good job in dry cow prevention; Eliminated for a long time the cows; The correct preventive maintenance and milking machine, timing, timely replacement of milk and other work, also need to strengthen their management and control environment and body health, reduce environmental source sex of dairy cow mastitis.
