Abstract/Summary:
Objectives:This study aimed to elucidate mastitis distribution and its influencing factors through investigate the epidemiology about1586cows from8large-scale cows farming in Yangqu, Qingxu, Loufan and Xiaodian of taiyuan area;and adding data of dairy cow mastitis in epidemiological studies in our country.Methods:The object of study is1586cows from8large-scale cows farming in Yangqu, Qingxu, Loufan and Xiaodian of taiyuan area, Conventional diagnostic methods as criteria to judge type of clinical mastitis and recessive mastitis with SCS as judge standard epidemiological investigation:Three main pathogenic bacteria of dairy cow mastitis by staphylococcus aureus streptococcus pneumoniae and escherichia coli in vitro susceptibility test to determine the minimum bacteriostasis concentration.Results:1.In our study, the clinical mastitis incidence rate was3.66%, the main pathogens were Staphylococci, S.dysgalactiae, S.agalactiae and Bacillus coli.2.The positiverate of subclinical mastitis was51.77%.3.The difference of mastitic incidence was observed between5-6months,7-8months,9-10months respectively with1-2months.4.while marked difference in the positive rate between the firstborn and second to sixborn according.5.The findings made clear that the preparation took greater effect on inhibiting the Staphylococcus aureus with its MIC250Mg/mL, the minor was the Streptococci with its MIC500Mg/mL, and the inferior was the Escherichia coli with its MIC10000Mg/mL.Conclusion:the clinical mastitis incidence rate was3.66%, the main pathogens were Staphylococci S.dysgalactiae, S.agalactiae and Bacillus coli. The positiverate of subclinical mastitis was51.77%.Traditional Chinese medicine prescription1and3could inhibited pathogenic bacteria of Dairy cow mastitis.
