Research On Key Technologies Of Plant Gastrodia Elata Blume In The Way Of Imitating Wild Cultivation

To explore on key technologies of plant Gastrodia elata Blume in the way of imitating wild cultivation, This test uses a single factor and three factors design. Research many factors effect on the growth,yield and quality of G. elata Bl., include woods species, the quantity and source of G.elata Bl., slope direction, vegetation type and combinations of altitude, slope direction and planting layers. G. elata Bl. in pharmaceutical quality assurance, while exploring the effects of different plante measures on growth, yield in the way of imitating wild cultivation. Results showed that:(1)With woods species experiments, the growth of G. elata Bl. is better than others treatments in different times about Quercus fabri Hance treatment. Total yield of Quercus fabri Hance treatment reached 1394.16 g /hole and 57 number/ hole in harvest time and more than 2.4times. With slope aspect experiments, the apparent traits of the southern slope treatment was better than other treatments.In different months the total fresh weight of newborn G. elata Bl.more than other treatments, while from mid-September to mid-November the southern slope treatment decrease the number of newborn G. elata Bl. is 44.1% and reach 57 number/ hole,higher than other treatments, and more than 1.8 times, the final yield was also significantly higher than other treatments. With sources of G. elata Bl. experiments, the yield reach 647.05g/hole with Yunnan’s G. elata Bl. F. glauca S Chow. With G. elata Bl. F. elata, the Yunnan treatment reach640.53g/hole, which was not significantly with Dafang treatment. With quantity of G. elata Bl.experiments, Planting G. elata Bl is excellent with 0.2kg in different months. The total fresh weight of newborn G. elata Bl. more than other treatments and reach 8 number/ hole,,while from mid-September to mid-November it increase slowly with the number of newborn G. elata Bl.. The rest treatments show a downward trend. With vegetation type experiments, the apparent traits of the high-forest treatment was better than other treatments in different months. The total fresh weight of newborn G. elata Bl. more than other treatments, while the number of newborn G. elataBl. is most and reach 29 number/ hole. The high-forest treatment and coniferous forest treatment was not significantly different in the final yield(P≥0.05), but significantly higher than other treatments. With combinations of altitude, slope aspect and planting layers experiments, the apparent traits of southern direction’s G. elata Bl. develop better than northeast direction from mid-July to mid-November. From mid-September to mid-November the southern slope treatment decrease less than the northern slope. The three planting layer levels on growth effect of G. elata is 3 layer>2 layer>1 layer. The apparent traits of the newborn G. elata Bl. were significantly affect in multi-layer planting way.(P <0.05). In twelve treatments combination of 1600-southern slope-three layers is the best technology of cultivation of G. elata Bl., which have growth best,the highest yield, significantly higher than other treatments,and the best economic benefits.(2)With woods species, quantity of G. elata Bl., vegetation type and combinations of altitude, slope aspect and planting layers experiments, The contents of gastrodin, extractum,moisture and total ash reach to the demand of the 2010 Edition people’s Republic of China Pharmacopoeia. Among them, Gastrodin contents of Quercus fabri Hance treatment is 0.41%.With slope aspect and sources of G. elata Bl. experiments, In addition to the eastern slope, the G.elata Bl. F. glauca S Chow of Yunnan and G. elata Bl. F. elata of Shanxi treatments, The contents of gastrodin, extractum, moisture and total ash reach to the demand of the 2010 Edition people’s Republic of China Pharmacopoeia. With quality measurement, G. elata Bl. after steaming treatment significantly increased compared to the raw G. elata Bl. gastrodin and Parishin content.(3)Considering the quality and yield of Gastrodia the following conclusions:Choose of woods species and sources of G. elata Bl., Quercus fabri Hance is the best choose to planting, G. elata Bl. F. elata of Dafang and Yunnan is more appropriate provenance, G. elata Bl. of Yunnan suitable as a source of imported. In selecting the environment, the southern slope is more conducive to the growth of G. elata Bl., high-forest trees more suitable for the cultivation of G. elata Bl. in the way of imitating wild cultivation. In quantity of G. elata Bl. and combinations of altitude, slope aspect and planting layers, quantity of G. elata Bl. is the most appropriate dosage0.2 kg/hole, and 1600m- best southern slope-3 layer is the best choose to planting. Above the imitation of wild cultivation practices, it is able to achieve both quality Tianma Pharmacopoeia(2010 edition) standard, and is suitable for planting area to prevent waste and improve an effective yield of Gastrodia planting pattern. It can both improve yield,quality of G. elata Bl. and reachPharmacopoeia(2010 edition) standards...
