In many areas are distributed in xinjiang, in altay, relatively concentrated, mainly kenaf, white linen, three big bluish dogbane, but for the classification of apocynum can put white linen with big gray linen to dispute, included in the pharmacopoeia of kenaf, and widely used in white linen in uygur medicine, both have the same medicinal value remains to be further research.This article mainly by the infrared fingerprint, infrared three-level identification method, to control the quality of the roses and apocynum, make up for the inadequacy of existing detection technology, roses for objective quality assessment, implementation and falsify rapid identification of macro control, active ingredients of apocynum, provide new experimental basis for the classification of apocynum. The main research content and the results are as follows:1. Roses in xinjiang and the establishment of apocynum ir fingerprint successfully identify its macroscopical fingerprint characteristic peak and establish the fingerprint of apocynum fingerprint characteristic absorption peak of 3314, 2919, 2850, 1614, 1540, 1614, 1614, 1248, 1200, 1100, 658 and 1200 cm-1, 2919, 2850, 1444 and 1100 cm and 1375 cm-1 wide strong peak, near the rose fingerprint characteristic absorption peak for 3329, 2926, 1734, 2926, 1734, 1448, 1345, 1218, 1040, 832, 759 and 1040 cm-1, 1468 in the second derivative spectra, 1316, 833, and 1316 cm-1;2. To level 3 identification method for Chinese rose, rose and its mix goods found aromatic compounds exist obvious difference characteristic absorption peak, the rose in the second derivative spectra with different from Chinese rose three characteristic absorption peak of 1455, 1317 and 1156 cm-1, 2 d map automatically in the peak of 990, 1050, 1075, 1110, 1190, 1260, and 1190 cm-1;...
