This topic is based on the research of multi-function forest fire engines, the main idea is that, in the real forest fire occurs, the model of forest fire engines can not only provide all kinds of effective extinguishing function, can also create forest fire zones, it can be more efficient for fire disaster, the losses to a minimum.By looking at the domestic and foreign research, designed two new opener prototype, respectively harrow opener and furrow plough opener, the blade part is preliminary design experience reference for agriculture. Get two blades satisfy a certain intensity and stiffness,meet the requirements after two opener knives static analysis and test, then two opener for trenching test comparison, finally choose huasheng plough opener as a forest fire line opener.Plough furrow opener with three ploughs as a group, singal plough designed tillage depth is 200 mm and designed tillage width is 250 mm. Design of plough surface on Pro/Engineer; Designed three suspension, the above suspension is fixedly connected with fire truck, at the same time, the design of two spring between the middle suspension and the below suspension, the purpose is when the blade part in solid objects, can achieve a rebound effect; Designed the hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic circuit; With the optimization of plough furrow opener blade, design a suitable fire plough for forest fire prevention requirements. According to the operation requirements of fire plough, make rational choice of plough, plow chest wing surface, two conical surface, hyperboloid of one sheet and oblique spiral surface respectively. This fire plough has good fire prevention performance, have a theoretical analysis of turn over ridge on it. Including force analysis and turn over ridge origin, principle forces in the ploughing process.Fire plough ploughing process should be cross ridge with less demanding of width to depth ratio.Using the ANSYS software to simulate and analyze the model of fire plough cutting soil. The soil characteristics were analyzed. Including the composition of soil, constitutive theory and the soil model MAT147(MAT_FHWA_SOIL); From the result of dynamic simulation analysis we can get, effect of cutting soil, three stress nephogram, the force of soil reaction during cutting process. The soil maximum effective stress is 5.36 N when the blade is completely into the soil, and mainly concentrated in the upper part of the blade. From beginning to the blade completely buried, the average soil anti force is 3.04 kN. The blade is completely buried soil anti force is 7.89 kN. The opener average power consumption is 23.67 kW.The furrow plough opener was applied in some experiments research, such as traction resistance, trenching stability, the rate of weed coverage. Traction resistance test results showed that a single plough of traction resistance is 6.9kN, and the result is basically in agreement with dynamic simulation; Trenching stability test results show that the stability of deep tillage at about 95%, tillage amplitude stability at about 94%, and tillage, tillage amplitude average have reached the design requirements; Weed coverage test results show that the coverage is above 98%, the result meets the design requirements.
