Due to the long-term excessive use of chemical fertilizers, planting tobacco soil quality degradation, harden structure, lead to plant tobacco soil ecological environment deterioration, tobacco leaf quality drop;At the same time, under the vega high-strength continuous cropping system, not timely supplement of various kinds of mineral nutrition element in soil, leading to excessive consumption of soil mineral nutrient elements, which influence the formation of crop growth and quality of tobacco.Therefore, in view of luzhou-flavor region planting tobacco soil nutrition and existing problems of the ecosystem, soil carbon and nitrogen balance, strengthen plant smoke mineral nutrition repair theory and the physical and chemical technology research, to promote planting tobacco soil improvement, the tobacco leaf quality improvement and style, and have important theoretical and practical significance.Test in ganzhou city xinfeng county in 2014, west cow town house field village sites.Selected flue-cured tobacco variety K326, Bao Yi Zhong wet seedling transplanting, a total of four processing, CK respectively: conventional fertilization, T1: conventional fertilization + 60 kg fat high carbon soil restoration, T2: conventional fertilization + 120 kg of high carbon soil fix fat, T3: conventional fertilization + 180 kg of high carbon repair soil fertilizer, to study soil fix fat high carbon content on the influence of flue-cured tobacco quality and yield.The main research contents and results are as follows:1. The different high carbon soil repair fertilizer dosage on the influence of amount of dry matter accumulation of flue-cured tobaccoApplying high carbon repair soil fertilizer promoted the dry matter accumulation of flue-cured tobacco, especially in 60 ~ 80 d after flue-cured tobacco transplanting, applying high carbon repair soil fertilizer on the dry matter accumulation of flue-cured tobacco have obvious promoting effect;60 d after transplanting, dry matter accumulation of flue-cured tobacco roots of T2 processing promote biggest, 80 d after transplanting, the aboveground dry matter accumulation of flue-cured tobacco promote effect is more prominent, especially the T3 treatment.2. Different high dosage of carbon soil fix fat the effects of chemical components in flue-cured tobacco routineApplying high carbon repair soil fertilizer can improve the upper leaves in flue-cured tobacco were chlorine content, reducing sugar and total sugar content, sugar alkali ratio, especially significantly increase the sugar content;Gradually reduce with the increase of fertilizer rate, nicotine content, shows high carbon soil fertilizer has reduced the effect of nicotine, T2 and T3 treatment significantly. Applying high carbon repair soil fertilizer can reduce the middle flue-cured tobacco leaf nicotine content(T3), increase the chlorine content, total sugar and reducing sugar content(T2), also can adjust sugar alkali ratio.Applying high carbon repair soil fertilizer can improve the lower part of flue-cured tobacco leaf total nitrogen content, can increase the content of chlorine, reducing sugar and total sugar content(T2) significantly.Taken together, applying high carbon repair soil fertilizer flue-cured tobacco chloride content, reducing sugar and total sugar content increase, reduce the nicotine content of flue-cured tobacco, including T2 treatment significantly.Including alkali than sugar, alkali nitrogen ratio increases with the increase of fertilizer rate(except T3 to reduce), potassium chloride than decreased, which shows how fertilizer rate can not the more the better, and should be controlled in a certain range, is conducive to the accumulation of flue-cured tobacco chemical composition, thus affecting the quality of flue-cured tobacco.3. The different high carbon soil repair fertilizer dosage effects on organic acids content in flue-cured tobaccoFrom the point of flue-cured tobacco organic acid content analysis, different treatment, diversity of organic acid content of the different parts of the flue-cured tobacco, and the characteristics of the obvious.Mainly displays in:(a) the vast majority of non-volatile acid is higher, the T3 deal with the highest content in the middle of the lobe and lower leaves, especially malic acid;Volatile acid T3 treatment in the middle of the highest levels, especially the gamma- pentanone acid and 2, 4-pimelic acid, T2 to deal with the lower part of the highest levels, especially the gamma- pentanone acid and 2, 4- pimelic acid;Senior fatty acid T3 treatment in the middle of the highest levels, 17 of acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid, stearic acid and palmitic acid content were the highest.Visible application of the high carbon repair soil fertilizer can improve the organic acid content in flue-cured tobacco, the T3 treatment effect is remarkable.(b) T3 treatment contains high oxalic acid, malic acid, and gamma- pentanone acid, 2, 4- pimelic acid, heptadecanoic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid, stearic acid and palmitic acid content was high, so total T3 treatment of organic acid is higher, it may be the reason for the T3 has a better comprehensive quality.Different treatment, the total organic acid of the different parts of the flue-cured tobacco of T3 is the largest, different treatment, different parts of tobacco organic acids in total organic acids and the proportion of non-volatile acid is the largest.4.
