| On the basis of 1060 flue-cured tobacco samples(grade C3F)which were distributed in 7 tobacco-growing counties(districts)of Qujing and its corresponding soil samples and climate data by high-altitude areas of different soil types,mainly studied the climate character and soil nutrients status in red soil and purple soil of high altitude tobacco planting area,compare the differences of appearance quality,physical properties,chemical components and sensory quality between red soil and purple soil,the relationship between the soil type and quality of tobacco leaves were analyzed.The main research results are as follows:1.Analyzed the climatic characteristics of red soil and purple soil in Qujing high altitude tobacco planting area from late April to late August.The results show: The difference of the rainfall from late April to late May and the sunshine duration from late April to late August between two soil types were significant at 0.01 level,the difference of the stability through 17℃ and the rainfall from late June to late August were significant at 0.05 level,the difference of the average temperature from late April to late May and the average temperature from late June to late August were not significant.2.Compared the soil nutrients content of red soil and purple soil in Qujing high altitude tobacco planting area.In the context of p H and organic matter content,the difference of p H and organic matter between two soil types were significant at 0.01 level.In the context of macronutrient content,the difference of total nitrogen,total potassium and available nitrogen between two soil types were significant at 0.01 level,the difference of total phosphorus,available P and available K was not significant.In the context of secondary elements content,the difference of available magnesium and available sulfur between two soil types were significant at 0.01 level,the difference of available calcium was not significant.In the context of trace elements content,the difference of available Zn,available Fe and water~soluble chloride between two soil types were significant at 0.01 level,the difference of available Cu,available Mn,available B and available Mo were not significant.3.Compared the appearance quality of the tobacco planting in Qujing high altitude tobacco planting area of red soil and purple soil.The results show: The difference of identity and oil between the tobacco leaves planting in two soil types were significant at 0.01 level,the difference of maturity,color,chroma and structure were not significant.4.Compared the physical properties of the tobacco planting in Qujing high altitude tobacco planting area of red soil and purple soil.The results show: The difference of leaf length,leaf density and filling power between the tobacco leaves planting in two soil types were significant at 0.01 level,the difference of leaf weight,leaf width,stem ratio and moisture content were not significant.5.Compared the chemical components of the tobacco planting in Qujing high altitude tobacco planting area of red soil and purple soil.In the context of conventional chemical components,the difference of potassium and petroleum ether extract content between the tobacco leaves planting in two soil types were significant at 0.05 level,the difference of reducing sugar,total nitrogen,nicotine,phosphorus,water~soluble chloride and starch content were not significant.In the context of other mineral elements,the difference of Ca,S,Zn and B content between the tobacco leaves planting in two soil types were significant at 0.01 level,the difference of Mo content was significant at 0.05 level,the difference of Mg,Cu,Fe and Mn content were not significant.In the context of polyphenols,the difference of chlorogenic acid and rutin content between the tobacco leaves planting in two soil types were significant at 0.01 level,the difference of scopoletin content was not significant.In the context of volatile acid and volatile alkali,the difference of volatile acid and volatile alkali content between the tobacco leaves planting in two soil types were not significant.6.Compared the sensory quality of the tobacco planting in Qujing high altitude tobacco planting area of red soil and purple soil.In the context of quality characteristics,the difference of aroma quantity and offensive odor between the tobacco leaves planting in two soil types were significant at 0.01 level,the difference of fragrance quality and total score were significant at 0.05 level,the difference of irritancy,aftertaste,flammability and ash color were not significant.In the context of aroma style,the difference of concentrations and flavor types between the tobacco leaves planting in two soil types were significant at 0.01 level,the difference of physiological strength was not significant.In the context of smoke characteristics,the difference of sweetness between the tobacco leaves planting in two soil types were significant at 0.01 level,the difference of clustering,dry sensation and softness were not significant. |
