This experiment based on xiangxi field trial,around Hunan province high quality tobacco leaf raw material demand characteristics,to study the different dosage of high carbon based repair soil fertilizer with nitrogen fertilizer NPK in xiangxi planting of tobacco soil and tobacco leaf quality and the influence of medium resistance.To find out the most suitable high carbon for flue-cured tobacco in West Hunan fix fertilizer and nitrogen reduction ratio,for enriching the soil fertility,high quality,improve the utilization rate of nitrogen fertilizer,so as to provide basis and direction.The results were as follows:1.In this experimental conditions,high-carbon soil fertilizer significantly increased the dry matter accumulation of tobacco plant in the whole stages;promoted the NPK nutrients absorption of tobacco plant,and improved the utilization rate of nitrogen fertilizer compared with the contrast T1,T2.But the high amount of biochar for soil fertility improvement has reached or exceeded the limits of tobacco plants on nutrient absorption and fertilizer with 1500 kg.hm-2 of high carbon-based repair compared to high amount of high-carbon soil fertilizer application had no significant effect on the growth and development of tobacco plant.2.The research results show that the influence of soil nutrient,soil organic matter and alkali solution nitrogen associated with the use of a linear of high carbon based,available k,available p with high carbon based repair of fertilizer application and present a trend of decrease after the first increase,but it is still far higher than controls.Generally speaking,a moderate amount of high carbon based repair soil fertilizer is applied into the soil nutrient transformation,promoted the mineralization of organic carbon,improves the availability of nitrogen,protecting fertilizer effect is good,significantly increased the content of nutrients in the soil,organic matter,in particular,to the increase of acid soil p H have a significant effect.3.Study on the chemical components of flue-cured tobacco leaves showed that nitrogen and carbon reduction of base soil fertilizer added to improve middle and upper leaves of chemical effect,no significant effect of the lower leaves,and T4(high carbon nitrogen reduction 10%+1500kg.hm-2)optimal treatment effect.4.Research on neutral aroma substances shows that: high-carbon soil fertilizer and nitrogen reduction significantly improved flue-cured tobacco leaf carotenoids degradation products total solanone and new content of Diene,phenyl alanine degradation products total,Browning reaction products total,other aromatic substances did not contribute to the content;Total amount of aroma in flue-cured tobacco leaves in addition to the new plant outside the Diene,neutral aroma only T4 treatment than in the control of T1 and T2.5.Test results showed that the Middle leaves the evaluation scores with high carbon base repair fat increases,aroma quality and aroma amount has been increased,offensive and irritating reduces,finish,strength has been greatly improved,synthetic T4 treatment better sensory quality of the Middle leaves;Of economic analysis found that,along with the high carbon content of medium ratio gradually increased,inferior ratio decreased overall,T4 treatment on improvement of medium ratio,yield better economic traits such as output and price effect.In conclusion,entering high soil carbon soil remediation to improve soil organic matter content,improved soil physical and chemical properties,in particular the increased soil available nutrient content,which improves the fertility of the soil,tobacco planting soil environmental conditions improved,soil ecosystem enhancements provide good growing conditions for root development.To a certain extent the whole tobacco during whole growth stages of biomass accumulation,increase plant root/shoot ratio so that nutrient distribution has been optimized,physiological enhancements,promote root growth.While,for ground Department nutrition material supply,and into and accumulated provides has important guarantees,on n utilization of improve has significantly effect,maintained has tobacco chemical components of coordination sex,improve tobacco in the new plant II en of content,on tobacco neutral to incense material total aspects has obviously of promote role,improved has tobacco quality,and prompted eventually production of improve,especially has T4 processing(reduction nitrogen 10%+ high carbon base repair fertilizer 1500 kg.hm-2)on production guide effect best.
