Eucommia ulmoides(Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.) is eucommiaceae plants, it was approved by the fourth century the glacier remained after the invasion of the relict plant, Eucommia as the precious Chinese medicine has the historical application over 2000 years, is an important national strategic resource in our country. After the 1980 s a large number of domestic and foreign modern studies found that the Eucommia whole body is treasure, not only can be used as medicine, in clinic for tonifying the liver and kidney, strong bones and muscles, lower body fat, balance of human body blood pressure, anti osteoporosis, anti cell toxicity, protect the liver damage and so on; as the health care products, anti fatigue, improve sleep, assist lower blood pressure, blood fat, the State Food and drug administration has approved 32 kinds of health food containing Eucommia ulmoides; as a functional food, has been developed by Eucommia Vinegar, Eucommia Jing, Eucommia Male Flower beverage, Eucommia Male flower wine, Eucommia seed oil soft capsule, Eucommia mushrooms, Eucommia Fungus, Eucommia bean sprouts, Eucommia beverage, Eucommia wine, Eucommia Pastry, Eucommia noodles and other products. Earlier years’ research focus of focused primarily on eucommia skin, leaves and barks of eucommia ulmoides oliv eucommia male flowers, along with the deepening of the research, the fruit has become the focus of eucommia, and the extraction of eucommia seed oil was approved for the new food raw material in 2009, by the ministry of health of the People’s Republic of China(2009) No. 12 announcement. In view of the widely application of eucommia ulmoides and the complexity of its origin, the quality of the source of heterogeneity, it need more and more attention paid to the development regularities of eucommia and the quality control. This article is aimed at eucommia seed has carried on the part of the study.The main research results of this study:1、To establish a GC method that is used to simultaneously determine the five kinds of fatty acid content of eucommia seed oil. Chromatograph: Thermo 1310; Chromatographic column: TG- WAXMS, 30 m * 0.32 mm * 0.50 μm; Column temperature: temperature programmed, 120-210℃, 10℃/min, 120℃heat 1 min, 10 min 210℃ heat preservation; Injection port temperature: 230℃; The detector temperature: 220℃. Sample quantity: 3 μL; Diversion ratio of 33.3 :1; Air flow: 350 ml/min, the nitrogen flow: 40 ml/min. Hydrogen flow: 35 ml/min, detector: hydrogen flame detector. Results: The fatty acid composition of palmitic acid lines range 0.1809~9.047μg; stearic linear range of 0.7874~39.372μg; oleic linear range of 0.5172~25.8585μg; linoleic linear range 0.4851~24.2525μg; α-linolenic acid linear range of 3.2915~164.57μg, at the same time, the five kinds of fatty acids in eucommia ulmoides seed oil were 4.96%、2.16%、13.29%、9.38%、52.01%.2、By studying the different harvest time of eucommia seed oil content and the main fatty acid content and accumulation pattern to understand the law accumulation and the relationship of five major fatty acids of the seeds of eucommia ulmoides Oliv and determine the optimum harvesting time of eucommia ulmoides seed. In this thesis, by investigating the yield of oil、the fatty acid composition analysis and combining eucommia ulmoides seed growth morphological found that: Eucommia seed’s oil yield firstly decreased, then increased, in September 10 th ~ October 30 th held at the higher level as 27.75% ~ 29.80%; among the 5 tested fatty acids, the content of α-linolenic acid was highest, the second one was oleic acid and the content of stearic acid was lowest, the content of palmitic acid and oleic acid was higher in the early stages of the seed growth, but declined with the grain gradually mature, stearic acid also declined with the grain gradually mature, but the descender was small, the whole tendency of alpha linolenic acid and linoleic acid was increased with seed maturing, but a smaller increased levels of linoleic acid, the content of α-linolenic acid reached the highest in September 30 th to 54.32%; through correlation and principal component analysis, we can see that palmitic acid and linoleic acid are the main factors that affects the content of eucommia seed oil fatty acid; Taken into account together, determine the eucommia ulmoides seed’s optimum picking at the end of September and the early October, cortex eucommiae fruit shell starts to become yellow but not black.3、By investigating the acid value, peroxide value, the content of α-linolenic acid and aucubin and so on to study eucommia seed’s stability in storage, during the 6 months of accelerated stability test(400C±20C, RH 75%±5%), the experimentdatal result showed clearly after film coating and vacuum packaging the eucommia seed, it can away from light, repel moisture, prevent theaucubin and unsaturated fatty acid oxidate, decompose, prevent decay, accordingly improving the eucommia seed’s stability in storage. And the film-coating technology has the advantage of a few grain weight increase, with coating material is little, short production cycle, easy and simple to handle; vacuum compression technology’s method is simple and takes a very short time.4、The fatty acid composition and content in the refining process of eucommia ulmoides seed oil were studied by gas chromatography. The results showed that the unsaturated fatty acids of eucommia ulmoides seed oil is mainly composed of palmitic acid, stearic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid and the composition of α-linolenic acid, the content of α-linolenic acid is the highest(≧50%), after deacidifing, water-washing and decoloring refining process, the acid value of eucommia ulmoides seed oil has fallen dramatically, the composition, relative contents and absolute contents of fatty acid changed little.5、According to national standards, formulated the quality standard of eucommia ulmoides seed oil. Stipulate acid value shall be no greater than 1.0 mg KOH/g, peroxide value should be no greater than 0.25%, saponification value should be 180 ~ 200 mg KOH/g, iodine value should be 170 ~ 190 g / 100 g, saponified matter content should be not greater than 0.03%, insoluble impurities should be no greater than 0.01%, the water and volatile matter contents should be no greater than 0.05%, benzo [α] pyrene should be not more than 10μg/kg, aflatoxin B1 should not be greater than 1μg/kg, heavy metals in Pb and As mater, should be no greater than 0.1 mg/kg, the pesticide residues cypermethrin should be no greater than 0.003 mg/kg, α-HCH should be no greater than 0.01 mg/kg, dichlorvos should be no greater than 0.01 mg/kg, at the same time this product fatty acid composition(in total fatty acid content) should be of no less than 44% of α-linolenic acid, oleic acid is not less than 11%, linoleic acid is not less than 8%, palmitic acid is not less than 4%, stearic acid is no less than 1%; the α-linolenic acid absolute content should be not less than 43%.
