The development trend of the green paper inside and outside the provincial highway in China, with the ecological restoration and ecological aesthetics theory, first select the 4 provincial highway in Hunan province were investigated, and then the S322 line of Zixing, and carried out investigation and Analysis on the overall landscape effect, greening plant species and plant configuration mode. Summarizes the general problems existing in Hunan Highway Greening Status, analysis of current situation of highway greening further study S322 line to Zixing and beauty evaluation, contrast analysis, put forward the highway S322 line Zixing reforming of green strategy, and apply it to the data instance, the research results have practical the transformation of the reference value of quality S322 Zixing green, and similar to the Hunan provincial highway greening construction has a certain reference value.(1) according to the investigation on the four representative provincial highway and Zixing s322 line the road greening, that Hunan provincial highway greening plants mainly in the camphor tree, Koelreuteria paniculata, Magnolia grandiflora, Elaeocarpus decipiens, Phyllostachys, Photinia, red wood, camellia, cycads, crape myrtle, red maple, winter jasmine, lobular female chastity, iris, Ophiopogon japonicus, reineckea carnea, Ligustrum vicaryi, poplar, purple leaf plum, cherry, metasequoia, palm, azalea, oleander, Pyracantha fortuneana, Pittosporum tobira; Hunan Provincial Highway Greening widespread plant species in a single, simple configuration mode, green coverage serious shortage and lack of management.(2) calculated by SBE method, Zixing Hunan Provincial Section 322 line highway greening seven green with SBE average:urban street tree greenbelt SBEA= 1.230, on both sides of the sub vehicle greenbelt SBEB= 1.662; outside the city greenbelt of roadside SBEC=1.174, road intersection green SBED=-1.063, road on both sides of the green belt SBEE=1.209, slope greening SBEF=-1.417, in front of green SBEG=0.431. From the results we can see on both sides of the Hunan Province city divided into vehicle greenbelt landscape best, followed by City Avenue greenbelt, roads out of the town city greenbelt of roadside, on both sides of the green belt, green in front of the house, the worst landscape is road intersection green and slope greening and urban greening significantly than outside of the cities green good.(3) using the SBE method combined with SPSS software,7 kinds of landscape elements were selected by regression analysis, the most influencing factor with the greening plant landscape, obtained according to the regression model, the influencing factors of street trees in the green belt plant morphology and plant configuration hierarchy; influence factor of city on both sides of the car the greenbelt is plant morphology, plant configuration, plant diversity, color and seasonal factors; urban roadside greenbelt is plant diversity, plant configuration, canopy density; City Road intersection greening by influence of plant diversity, plant configuration level, plant color and season, canopy density; influence the green belt on both sides of the road outside factor is plant configuration level, unity and change, plant diversity; influence factor of slope greening is outside the canopy and plant diversity; influence factor in front of the house is outside the city greening plant diversity, plant morphology, plant color and seasonal, plant configuration. So provincial highway greening construction should according to the landscape elements and the beauty of the relational model, pay attention to people’s preferences on the provincial highway greening landscape elements of.To sum up, this paper mainly through the use of beauty degree evaluation method to the status quo of urban highway in hunan provincial and outside are analyzed, through the evaluation result of urban greening in hunan province is much better than just outside the city greening, but overall present single plant species, with simple form, green quantity is not enough, the loess exposed serious problems, such as, according to the above questions, I put forward the overall, the standard section with highway nodes qualitative transformation design strategy, and the previous research results apply to the provincial road S322 instances.
