Brassinolide belongs to natural sterols plant hormone, which can promote plant growth and metabolism, enhance SOD, POD activity, improve the resistance and degrade pesticide residues, which is a new member of the plant hormones family, and is widely used in fruit, vegetable, field crop and plant tissue culture planting. Playing an important role in the healthy of people and animals, in lack of selenium can cause a variety of endemic diseases. Via providing selenium to plants can realize organic conversion of selenium, in turn, it can also affect the growth and metabolism of plants. Because of its short training period and simply operated, sprouts is chosen to be the carrier of plant transformation of selenium. But over applied selenium will do harm to plant growth. It was testified that nano-red-selenium is non-toxic to human beings and animals, and small enough to be absorbed, but there is nearly any research on plant breeding. Selenium or plant hormone application only makes the work on plant breeding heavy and complicated. What’s worse, sprout has to bear stimulus for many times, that increases the cost and affects its production.This research prepared a hybrid nano reagent with BR and sodium selenite, and tested its structure. In the end, we treated three kinds of sprouts that can enrich selenium easily with the compound. The main research results are as follows:(1) Best preparation conditions:Nano selenium: sodium dodecyl sulfate(0.6%), ascorbic acid(0.1mg/L), sodium selenite(0.02 mg/L), ultrasonic oscillation for 10 min, 300 W in normal temperature.Br-nano-sized selenium: nano selenium(200mg/L), BR(0.5mg/L), ultrasonic oscilla1 tion for 10 min, 300 W in normal temperature.(2) The nano products are obtained by the absorbance characterization, intuitive characterization and electron microscopy characterization. Results show that the product is uniform, particle size around 100 nm range, and can be stored in a long-term stably in normal temperature.(3) Effects of BR-nano-sized selenium on three sprouts① Soaking soybean seeds in range of appropriate concentrations of BR-nano-sized selenium, especially in 10 mg/L can effectively promote the buds cell elongation and expansion, to speed up the soybean germination buds, a significant increase in water content, poor effect on the action of the radicle buds, which is better than that of nano selenium and BR role alone. The germination rate increases 9.7% than water group; roots and shoots length and the moisture content increased 0.57±0.09 cm, 3.86 cm, 2.69 cm, 6.66% than water group, significant difference(P<0.05).② Spraying processing pea seedlings and garlic sprout can promote the growth of seedlings. For pea seedlings 10 mg/L is the best treatment. On seedling height, respectively, in the water group and nano selenium group increased by 2.67 cm, 2.63 cm; root length increment were 1.88 cm and 0.6 cm; for garlic seedlings 5 mg/L is the best treatment. On seedling height, increased by 10.1 cm, 3.6 cm; root length increment were 10.4 cm and 8.2 cm.③ Compound preparation processing can increase the chlorophyll content. Compared with three sets of control groups in pea seedlings were increased 0.09 mg/g, 0.035 mg/g and 0.024 mg/g. Garlic sprout increased 0.119 mg/g and 0.008 mg/g, 0.046 mg/g.④ Compound preparation processing can enhance the activity of SOD and POD. SOD increased by 150.99%, 196.5%, 194.2% than water control group; Nano selenium group increased by 21.6%, 21.6%, 21.2%; BR group increased by 15.2%, 8.28%, 7.5%. Compared with clear water control group, POD activity, respectively, increased by 52.68%, 71.6%, 99.7%; increased by 5.18%, 5.67%, 8.84% than nano selenium group; increased by 2.01%, 7.16%, 0.45% than BR control group.⑤ Soluble sugar increased by 14.12%, 12.95%, 17.2% than water group. The difference is significant. Selenium respectively increased by 4304%, 197.2%, 2986.9% than water group; increased by 63.7%, 3.08%, 32.1% than nano selenium group; increased by 4445%, 196.9%, 2643.95% than BR group.
