Syringa as the city flower of Harbin has the important landscape value and cultural significance. From the resistance angle of plant to the different environment, comparing the different kinds of plants of the genus Syringa has the important value to the choice of Syringa in the garden tree species. This article selects 8 kinds of Syringa genus:Syringa microphylla, Syringa vulgaris ’zi hong’, Syringa reticulata subsp. pekinensis, Syringa reticulata subsp. amurensis, Syringa oblata var. alba, Syringa villosa, Syringa meyeri and Syringa oblata, measuring the leaves and soils of different tree species and NPK content, comparing the study on the adsorption of chlorine and sulfur in the leaves and the adsorptive capacity of trace elements in the soil. The determination of NPK content in the soil and the determination of various elements in the leaf soil are accord with the national standard method. At the same time, from the data correlation, variance analysis, subordinate function got the resistance strength of Syringa genus. These are the analysis of the main research results, the size order of the chlorine adsorptive capacity in the atmosphere:Syringa villosa > Syringa oblata > Syringa reticulata subsp. amurensis > Syringa microphylla> Syringa oblata var. alba> Syringa meyeri> Syringa vulgaris ’zi hong> Syringa reticulata subsp. pekinensis; the size order of the sulphur adsorptive capacity in the atmosphere: Syringa oblata> Syringa reticulata subsp. amurensis >Syringa microphylla> Syringa villosa> Syringa oblata var. alba> Syringa vulgaris ’zi hong> Syringa meyeri> Syringa reticulata subsp. pekinensis; the size order of the adsorptive capacity in the effective copper of soil:Syringa oblata> Syringa villosa> Syringa oblata var. alba >Syringa microphylla> Syringa meyeri >Syringa reticulata subsp. amurensis > Syringa vulgaris ’zi hong> Syringa reticulata subsp. pekinensis; the size order of the adsorptive capacity in the effective zinc of soil:Syringa reticulata subsp. amurensis> Syringa oblata var. alba >Syringa microphylla> Syringa oblata> Syringa vulgaris ’zi hong> Syringa villosa> Syringa reticulata subsp. pekinensis> Syringa meyeri; the size order of the adsorptive capacity in the effective iron of soil:Syringa oblata> Syringa reticulata subsp. amurensis> Syringa meyeri> Syringa villosa> Syringa microphylla> Syringa oblata var. alba> Syringa vulgaris ’zi hong> Syringa reticulata subsp. pekinensis; the size order of the adsorptive capacity in the effective manganese of soil:Syringa villosa> Syringa oblata> Syringa meyeri> Syringa vulgaris ’zi hong>Syringa microphylla> Syringa reticulata subsp. amurensis> Syringa oblata var. alba > Syringa reticulata subsp. pekinensis. From the comprehensive analysis of the eight kinds of Syringa genus in the pollution resistance, can be concluded that the strength order of the eight kinds of Syringa genus in the stain resistance: Syringa oblata > Syringa reticulata subsp. amurensis > Syringa villosa> Syringa meyeri > Syringa microphylla > Syringa oblata var. alba> Syringa vulgaris ’zi hong> Syringa reticulata subsp. pekinensis. Among them, Syringa oblata has the strongest stain resistance, both showed a greater resistance in the determination of the six resistance indicators, Syringa reticulata subsp. amurensis and Syringa villosa follow. Syringa meyeri in the trace element effective adsorption of iron and manganese in the soil is better, but it is weak in the chlorine and sulphur adsorption ability in the atmosphere. Syringa microphylla in the trace element effective adsorption of iron and manganese in the soil is weaker, but it is better in the chlorine and sulphur adsorption ability in the atmosphere. So Syringa microphylla and Syringa meyeri are complementary. Syringa oblata var. alba is just better in the trace element effective adsorption of zinc in the soil, but it is weaker in other parts. Syringa vulgaris’zi hong’ and Syringa reticulata subsp. pekinensis both show weak adsorption in every part.Through the experiment, urban street trees and factory premises advisably choice the Syringa oblata, Syringa reticulata subsp. amurensis and Syringa villosa. Syringa microphylla and Syringa meyeri can also be interval planted which is conductive to the landscape effect for the beauty.
