In this paper,20 bovine mature milk and 10 bovine late milk samples were collected in Beijing,10 goat colostrum,90 goat mature milk and 10 goat late milk samples were collected in Shaanxi,Shandong and Yunnan province,30 horse mature milk samples,30 donkey mature milk samples,30 camel mature milk and 4 camel late milk samples were collected in Xinjiang province,20 horse mature milk samples were collected in Gansu province,30 yak mature milk were collected in Qinghai province,15 buffalo colostrum samples,30 buffalo mature milk and 15 buffalo late milk samples were collected in Guangxi province.12 trace elements(Cr,Mn,Co,Cu,As,Se,Cs,Ba,Mo,Pb,Cd and Ni)were analyzed.(1)Comparison of the content of elements in mature milk between different speciesIn this paper,the content of 12 trace elements in cow,goat,horse,donkey,camel,yak and buffalo mature milk were analyzed.The difference of trace element content in bovine milk among different livestock species was compared.The content of Cr,Co,Se,Mo and Ni in bovine mature milk were higher than those in other species,the content of Cd were lower than that in other species.The content of Co,Se and Mo in goat mature milk were lower than those in other species.The content of Co,and Pb in horse mature milk were higher than those in other species,while the content of Se,Cs and Mo were lower than those in other species.The content of Cu in donkey mature milk was higher than that in other species,while the content of Cs and Ba were lower than that in other species.The content of Mn,Co and As in camel mature milk were higher than those in other species,while the content of Mo and Cu were lower than those in other species.The content of Ba in yak mature milk was higher than that in other species,while the content of Mo,Co,Cu,As,Se,Cs and Cd were lower than those in other species.The content of Cs,Pb and Ni in buffalo mature milk were higher than those in other species,while the content of Co and Cd were lower than those in other species.The difference of trace element in goat colostrum and buffalo colostrum was analyzed.The content of Mn,Co,Cu,Se,Cs,Ba and Mo were significantly different between goat and buffalo colostrum(P<0.05).The content of Cr,As,Pb,Cd and Ni were not significantly different between goat and buffalo colostrum.The content of trace element in buffalo milk is higher than that of goat milk.Differences in trace elements in late milk of cattle,goats,camels and buffalo were analyzed.The content of Se and Mo in bovine late milk were higher than those in other species,and the content of Cs and Cd were lower than those in other species.The content of Cu,Mo and Cd in goat late milk were higher than those in other species,and the content of As,Se,Ba,Pb and Ni were lower than those in other species.The content of Mn,As,and Cd in camel late milk were higher than those in other species,and the content of Cr,Co,Cs and Mo were lower than those in other species,the content of Ni were not detected.The content of Cr,Cs,Ba,Mo and Ni in buffalo late milk were higher than those in other species,while the content of Co,As and Cd were lower than those in other species.(2)Comparison of the content of elements in milk during different lactation periodsTrace element content in bovine,goat,camel and buffalo milk at different lactation stages were compared.The contents of Cu,Ba,Pb and Ni in bovine mature milk were significantly higher than those in bovine late milk(P<0.05),while the content of Mn,Se and Cs in bovine late milk was significantly higher than that in bovine mature milk(P<0.05),the content of 5 trace elements were not significantly different.The content of trace elements in goat mature milk and late milk was mostly higher than that in goat colostrum.The contents of Mn,Co,Cu,As,Se,Cs and Ba in the goat mature milk were significantly higher than those in the goat colostrum(P<0.05),and contents of Mn,Co,Cu,Se,Cs and Mo in goat late milk were higher than those in colostrum(P<0.05).The contents of Cr,Pb,Cd and Ni were not significantly different in different goat milk lactating period.The content of Cs in camel mature milk was significantly higher than that in camel late milk(P<0.05),while the Mo content in camel late milk was significantly higher than that in camel mature milk(P<0.05).The content of other elements did not show significant differences between camel mature and late milk.The content of Co,Cu and Se in buffalo colostrum was significantly higher than that in buffalo mature milk(P<0.05).The content of Mn in buffalo mature milk was significantly higher than that in colostrum and late milk(P<0.05).The content of Mo in buffalo late milk was significantly higher than buffalo colostrum and mature milk(P<0.05),the contents of 7 trace elements in buffalo milk were not significantly different among 3 lactation period.(3)Comparison of the content of elements in milk from different producing regionsIn this paper,the difference of 12 trace elements in buffalo milk and yak milk in different regions of the same province was analyzed.The content of Mn,Cs and Mo in the milk of Lingshan County was significantly higher than that in Xingning District and Yongning District(P<0.05).The contents of Ba and Ni in the buffalo milk of Xingning District were significantly higher than those in Yongning District and Lingshan County(P<0.05).The content of elements such as Se,Cs,Ba and Mo in Yongning were significantly higher than those in Xingning and Lingshan(P<0.05).The contents of Cr,Mn,Co,Cu,Se,Cs,Ba,Mo and Ni in yak milk of Zeku County were significant in Henan County and Tongren County(P<0.05).Taking Qinghai province as an example,yak feed from three regions corresponding to yak milk were collected in this study.The content of 12 trace elements in the feed was analyzed.The results showed that the trend of content of seven elements such as Cr,Mn and Co in the feed was the same as that in the yak milk.The results indicated that the difference of trace elements in yak milk in different areas may be related to local feed.In this paper,the differences of trace elements elements in goat milk and horse milk from different provinces were analyzed.The content of Cu in goat milk in Shandong province was the highest,while the content of As in goat milk in Yunnan was higher than that in Shaanxi and Shandong provinces.The content of Se in goat milk in Shandong province was the highest,while the content of Cs was the highest in the milk of Yunnan goats and the lowest in Shandong province.The content of Ba and Mo in goat milk in Shandong Province was significantly higher than that in Shaanxi and Yunnan provinces(P<0.05).The content of Pb and Cd in goat milk of Yunnan province were significantly higher than those in Shaanxi and Shandong provinces(P<0.05).The contents of As,Se,Cs,Mo and Cd in Xinjiang horse milk were significantly higher than those in Gansu horse milk(P<0.05),while the content of Cr and Ba in Gansu horse milk was significantly higher than that in Xinjiang(P<0.05).(4)There was a certain correlation between the origin,lactation and their interactions with the content of trace elements in buffalo milk.The content of 3 trace elements in buffalo milk were significantly correlated with region.The content of 4 trace elements in buffalo milk were significantly correlated with lactation period.The content of Se in buffalo milk was significantly correlated with interaction between region and lactation period.
