Analysis On Genetic Diversity And Economic Characters Of Carya Dabieshanensis Populations

The aim of this paper was to acquire basic data of genetic diversity and economic characters of Carya dabieshanensis in Dabieshan mountain area and provide scientific theory for their protection and utilization. For further experiment and demonstration promotion to upgrading of pecan industry in our province. 4 economic traits、11 the content of nutritive substance and 6 phenotypic traits of 13 Carya dabieshanensis populations in distribution area were studied for using variance analysis、Cluster analysis&ISSR mark. The results are as follows:1.Carya dabieshanensis has two distribution areas in China, the Dabie Mountains distribution and the Guniujiang distribution. Guniujiang distribution and Carya cathayensis Sarg distribution geographically continuous distribution.2.Analysis of variance showed that the phenotypic traits are significant differences exist in populations. The coefficient of variation among populations compare phenotypic traits largest fruit longitudinal diameter(0.1031), and the smallest is the stone diameter(0.0642). among six groups of fruit phenotypic traits were higher than the coefficient of variation coefficient of variation within populations. The average use of Euclidean distance method, can be divided into groups of 13 pecan Dabie six categories.3.ISSR analysis showed that the genetic distance between Lin’an pecans grown closer to the Dabie Mountains in the West Village of pecans, which began at approximately 0.77 degrees. Dabie pecan has a good genetic polymorphism exists a wealth of genetic variation, to resist adverse environmental factors to some extent.4.Economic analysis shows that: four nuts economic character variation 13 Dabie rich pecan populations, in addition to thick husk, the rest were more than 10% coefficient of variation. Maximum coefficient of variation reducing sugar content, protein content, followed by the coefficient of variation minimum fat content, fat, saturated fatty acid content than the unsaturated fatty acid content is stable, monounsaturated fatty acid content of unsaturated fatty acids are more stable. Latitude and longitude 4 Dabie pecan nuts economic traits and 11 content and nutritional substances and were no significant correlation between altitude and oleic acid was significantly positively correlated significantly negatively correlated with linoleic acid, linolenic acid and oil yield.
