Grape Hybrids Law Of Main Economic Characters Of Genetic Research

Cross breeding as an important problem facing the plant breeders at present is a job with a longer cycle. Reasonable selection of parents for hybridization is the key to the success of cross breeding, and to a large extent improves the breeding efficiency. Investigation and analysis of hybrid genetic law of traits can provide theoretical basis for the selection of hybrid breeding parents. Research materials selected in this study are as follows: Red Globe×Zaomeigui, Red Globe×Muscat Hamburg, Red Globe×Ruby Seedless, Red Globe×Dawn Seedless, Red Globe×Centennial Seedless, Christmas Rose×Flame seedless,Jingxiu×Bronx Seedless,Muscat of Alexandria×Victoria, Muscat Hamburg×Moldova, a total of nine crosses and512strains. According to the grape germ-plasm resource description specification and data standards,the main economic characters of hybrid offspring have been investigated and analyzed. The results are as follows:Grape hybrids hasten the genetic tendency on the whole, the mature stage of the combination of variety and precocious collocation have obvious trend of genetic and tend to be moderate. Late late in the match with a combination of mature more obvious tendency, mature genetic distribution is strongly influenced by their parents, parents late maturity distribution, the late descendants are mature distribution.As to the ear weight inheritance of the hybrids, the mean value is lower than parent middle value on the whole, and shows the inheritence tendency of small ear, but the combination of Jingxiu×Bronx Seedless shows a distinct genetic advantage with big ear, ultra parent tends account for more than the half. Hybrids show the intermediate inheritance tends in fruit granule, with no overall significant degeneration, obvious degeneration can be observed in the combined hybrids of Muscat of Alexandria×Victoria, the small fruit granule inheritance holds the predominance position.Soluble solids in hybrids have obvious transgressive inheritance, showing significant heterosis and higher combination transmission power.with Red Earth to do the five female parent, the hybrid mean value is higher than the parent middle value, and the combination of Red Globe×Zaomeigui enjoys the most obvious predominance.The colored as the dominant inheritance compared with colorless in hybrids has obvious genetic advantage. Existing studies show that the fruit scent inheritance may appear obvious degeneration,while no significant degeneration is discovered in the hybrid combination in this study. but stable posture inheritance is observed and the total number of perfumed of a few combinations account for half of the proportion, showing obvious heterosis.In this study, genetic seedless rate are lower than the rate of nuclear genetic, seedless genetic has no larger advantages, but it still has a good genetic tendency with regard to the proportion of seedless.
