Study On Compound Motherwort Extract Uterine Perfusion Affect Sow Childbirth

Reproductive barriers is one of the breeding high incidence of disease, the reproduction and the economic loss caused quite serious, therefore effective prevention and control of reproductive barriers has very important significance. TCM has rich resources, less residue, side effects of small advantages, this research intends to adopt new composition control was studied for the sow childbirth, and carries on the safety and clinical efficacy of trials, the purpose aims at providing a veterinary clinic with a kind of new type, low toxicity and low residue of compound Chinese medicine, improve intrauterine environment and restore the sow postpartum.According to the veterinary drug standard of the People’s Republic of China and relevant literature, this paper choose the herba leonuri, cordate houttuynia, honeysuckle and angelica to compatibility of Chinese herbal medicine formula to treat Reproductive disorders. The active ingredients were extracted respectively by water invasion method.Their antibacterial activities to the main pathogens causing reproductive disorders---the staphylococcus, the colon bacillus and the streptococcus are determined yhrough antibiotic test in vitro. And the formula with better antibacterial activity are further sorted out. The securities, efforts of treatment endometritis at clinic are studied.The results are as follows:1. Compound motherwort compatibility characteristics of three kinds of bacteria have different degrees of inhibitory effect of herba leonuri, cordate houttuynia, honeysuckle, angelica, dandelion, gastrodia elata in10:10:10:5:5:2formula of bacteriostatic effect is good compatibility with other formula.2. Different extraction methods had inhibition effect of three kinds of bacteria, soaking time0.5h,1h,3times of extraction, extraction time and extraction method with10times amount of water good bacteriostatic effect from other factor levels extraction method.3. Acute toxicity test showed that the compound motherwort extract LD50>31250mg/kg, when the LD50>1500mg/kg belongs to actually non-toxic material, according to the veterinary drug safety evaluation standard, so the compound motherwort extract belongs to actually non-toxic material, it also suggests that reasonable compatibility, can be used in clinical. Of this study is to extract the preparation of the reference standards of uterine perfusion agent of traditional Chinese medicine, this extract conforms to the requirement of uterine perfusion agent, this test to sow clinical infusion uterine provides guarantee safety and reliability. Local irritation test showed that the compound motherwort extract to mucous membrane began to have slight stimulation, no other adverse reactions, is safe and effective drug that can be used for uterine perfusion.4. Through to the sow labor, delivery and postnatal recovery of clinical trials, the results show that in the process of the sow childbirth, uterine perfusion using the compound motherwort extract to sow labor, delivery and postnatal recovery have obvious effect, can effectively shorten the sow labor, improve the intrauterine environment and rapid recovery after the appetite.Through continuous testing and research, found a kind of compound Chinese medicine extract was applied to improve sow childbirth and restore the sow postpartum.
