To reduce rice bud seed in the process of transportation, sowing, mechanical damage, basedon the review material research status in the process of planting at home and abroad, in order tooptimize the rice shoots kind of precise sowing machines, conveying equipment parameters, etc.Based on Daohuaxiang2, Kendao17, Longyang16, Longxiangdao1and Kongyu131,Kendao2, Longjing26, Longjing20, rice bud seed as the research object, experimental study onthe physical properties and mechanical properties respectively, the main research work were asfollows:1Measured rice bud seed’s physical properties, it is concluded that the third axis(length,width, thickness)flow characteristics, one thousand grains of rice bud weight, angle of repose,along with the change of moisture content of the rule.2Compression, shear, bending property was researched on the the material universal testingmachine with the rice bud seed, the mechanical characteristic parameters is obtained, and themechanics index change with moisture content and loading rate.(1) The moisture content of the study range, loading rate, certain buds of elastic modulusincreased with the increase of moisture content is reduced, presents the polynomial model,destructive force, failure stress and failure can decrease with the increase of moisture content ofpresent linear change.The study range of loading rate, moisture content, rice bud seed of compressive mechanicalindex and loading rate set polynomial regression model.(2) Set loading rate, certain moisture content of rice bud seed, shear force, shear failure canbe rendered with the moisture content of linear decreases, and the shear stress, hardnessincreases with the moisture content to present polynomial model change.The study range of loading rate, a certain moisture content, the bud of shear mechanicsindex and loading rate present polynomial regression model.(3) Set loading rate, certain rice bud of bending force of present a tendency of lineardecrease with the increase of moisture content, bud can kind of bending, surface stiffness withthe increase of moisture content of present polynomial model change.Set certain moisture content, bud seed that bending mechanical index as loading rate increases with the present polynomial trend.3According to analyzing the rheological mechanics experiment,relaxation of Kongyu131rice bud seed rheological characteristics analysis, under different moisture content Kongyu131bud seed in creep relaxation curve equation.
