| In this paper,the material properties of fresh lotus seeds and its cutting shell mechanism have been theoretical analyzed and experimental studied.A new method cutting lotus seed shelling was put forward.The main contents are as follows:(1)Based on the research on the geometric properties,mechanical properties and mechanism of shelling at home and abroad,some physical parameters of Wuyi Mountain 17 number fresh white lotus seed including size,diameter,thickness,roundness,sphere and moisture content were tested.The results showed the medium diameter size distribution of fresh lotus seed is more concentrate than that of major diameter,mean moisture content is 61%,moisture content of the lotus-seed kernel is slightly higher than that of the lotus seed shells,roundness and spherical degree of fresh lotus seed values 0.94 and 0.82 respectively,which is closed to circular and ellipse.The analysis results of variance showed the lotus seeds shell had a uniform thickness.These parameters provide the data support for the design of the key mechanism of lotus seed shelling machine.(2)Experimental study on lotus seed material characteristics,including the experimental study on the physical properties,mechanical properties.The experimental study on the physical properties of lotus seeds is mainly to study lotus seed size and storage time the effects on thickenss,water content,lotus kernel gap,medium diameter and major diameter.And the regression analysis of the physical parameters and lotus seed storage time was carried out under different lotus seed levels.The experimental study on the mechanical properties in three aspects:compression,static prick and dynamic force analysis.The results of compression test showed that the change of the rupture force and the deformation was linear in the process of compressing under the upper and lower plates,which belongs to the anisotropy.And the main effect of lotus-seed kernel rupture force and deformation value are lotus seed storage time.The results of pricking test showed that the knife edge angle of cutting shell is the main factor of affecting the prick force of lotus seed shell.Knife edge angle is 25°,lotus seed were resistanced by knife is the smallest.The results of dynamic force analysis showed that the higher the speed of clamping lotus seed,the average peak cutting force and the cutting shell power is both reduced.With the increase of lotus seed placed time,the average peak cutting force and the cutting shell power of knife reduces first and then increases under 300r/min speed.(3)Lotus seed shelling test experiment was designed,the simulation model of lotus seed gripping process was established and the stress state and its movement trajectory of lotus seed gripping process was analyzed by using Adams multi-flexible body kinematics simulation software.The lotus seed shell test experiment was set up.The test of lotus seed was ca-rried out.The damage rate is as the test index.The relationship between the three factors of pressure,the tool feed amount and the number of cir-cle and the lotus seed injury rate was established.The important order of the factors that affect the damage rate were tool feed amount>pressure=number of circle,the relationship between them y=0.719+0.00525x1+0.105x2-0.95x3.The results showed that lotus seed method cutting shelling could realize the precision cutting shelling,the structure of the prototype was reasonable,and the function was stable and reliable.It lays a foundation for the study of fresh lotus seeds automatic shelling machine.It provides reference for the further development of other fresh fruit shelling machine. |
