In research and development process of new farm machinery, agricultural machinery fieldtrial is a very important part. Over the years, the performance test planting machinery aremostly carried out in the field, but field trials are limited by whole machine developed, sitepreparation, and many other conditions, to prepare a long test time, test inconvenient.Compared field trials, soil bin simulation test will not be restricted by the season, climate andwhether whole machine has been developed (can only work part of the core test), and can beprecisely controlled test variables and performance parameters to shorten the developmentcycle, commonly used in transplanting, planting and farming machinery and other tests.Traditional linear soil bin can not be continuous testing (because of the limited length ofthe soil bin, if want a continuous test,you must be back to the starting point to re-test), area istoo large, inconvenient parametric tests (test equipment must be measured object together go,especially When the parameter which is the path to be measured gesture), it is not a good test tomeet the requirements of most agricultural machinery. Aiming at this problem developed newtypes of rotary circular soil bin bench, including mechanical and control systems, the specificcontents:1) Analyzes the development of domestic and foreign agricultural machinery testing soilbin and demand, raised circular rotary soil bin test rig overall design ideas and design, selectedtire friction-driven solutions.2)Tire friction drive rotary circular soil bin test bench mechanical systems design,complete three-dimensional model of the soil bin test bed; and the analysis and calculation oftheir ability to compensate for soil trench processing roundness, the maximum capacity ofcompensation14mm.3) Designed the software and hardware of control system for this type of rotary roundsoil-bin tester, and established the closed-loop system whose controlling unit was PLC,executive device was executive device, which made the soil-bin tester run at a steady speed;4) The test found that the test bed can compensate roundness of soil bin, it can smoothlyrun in the speed range of0~3.8r/min, maximum standard deviation of speed fluctuation was0.038, the longest time required from the start to smooth running was9.8seconds; Transplantexperiment with planting mechanism, spacing coefficient of variation was4.46%which means good uniformity and can well meet the transplanting agronomic requirements. |
