This system uses the GPRS technology, through the mobile communicationnetwork to realize remote and real-time monitoring and controling for water pump room, inorder to ensure the quality of the water, and strengthen the management of the waterconservancy industry, improving the service level of tap water. Water pump room controland scheduling management system mainly include three parts.They are the water wellacquisition device, pump room intelligent device and upper machine schedulingmanagement system.The water well acquisition device using MCU development, mainly tocomplete the water pressure, water quantity, water pump speed and water supply systems,such as voltage, current, power, information collection and processing, and then to transmitinformation through the RS-485bus. Pump room equipment is based on the PLC controlsystem, which combined with touch screen, GPRS module, water pump control moduleand alarm circuit constituted a set of intermediate hub system.The main function of pumproom is responsible for the link of control room and source well, and according to thespecific situation to control water pump motor. PC scheduling management system wasdeveloped by using kingview software, interface image, simple operation, and feature-rich,enables staff to quickly get started operations, and quickly find and deal the failure.The project is putting into practice,and will realizing the intelligent dispatchingmanagement for the water pump room of city.
