Planting resistant varieties is the prevention and treatment of diseases the most economic andeffective method, This paper focuses on the identification of new rice varieties to rice blast and ricefalse smut resistance.The results of resistance identification of artificial inoculation of seedling blast andnatural field induced leaf blast, showed that The same rice varieties in the identification of resistance inlaboratory and field is similar.The one hundred and one new varieties of middle or late rice whichseedling blast resistant performance In the interior, had similar resistance to neck blast and seedlingblast,or was more susceptible to leaf blast and Panicle Blast.It had shown the different growth period ofrice varieties are related to rice blast resistance performance.Comprehensive laboratory and field resultsof resistance displayde that,forty-fou middle late rice varieties,such as Yuanyou2105, Yuanyou919,chunyou84, Guangyou772, Guangyou1029, M76you3301, Nongliangyou3135,Guanyou1132，Neixiang5518,and so on,were Better resistance to rice blast.We also have selected thirty-three middle late rice new varieties,which have more False SmutResistance to Rice,According to the indoor inoculation of Rice False Smut and the result of fieldresistanceevaluation.Lvliangyou2740,Ruiyou178,Yiyoujia7,Mingxiangyou99,Jiexiangyou3301,Fanyou5518,Guangliangyou699,Mingyou3186,Shengliangyou856,Guangxiang8you651.and so on.According to the results of the second chapter and the third chapter lab testing,The resistance ofnine kinds of late rice Varieties to rice blast and rice false smut resistance werebetter,TheywereGuangyou1029,Tianfengyou110,Yuanyou2105,Fanyou1186,Liangyou12,Yiyou3526,Huyou164,Liangyou7859,Fanyou5518.Through the field identification of resistance, The one hundred and one rice varieties to Rice FalseSmut and rice blast resistance identification results respectively4and5types.Rice varieties had nosignificant relationship between the false smut of rice and rice blast identification results.But in theJianyang Shi Yu and Shanghang chadi disease nursery,the ratio of the same or similar resistanceIdentification to rice variety were65.35%and73.27,The same rice varieties are more likely to Infect therice blast and rice false smut at the same time,the rate of Mixing of rice blast and rice false smut of ricevarieties was92.08%and96.04%.
