Gall-stone was a kind of digestive system diseases, which caused serious damage to thecanine health. With the improvement of canine food’s quality, excusive fat intake, calories andprotein deficiency were coming up, resulted in a deformation pattern of three large nutritionelements’ intake that looked like “one rich while two poor”, which raised the caninegallstones’ incidence up. Through the retrospective analysis, this research discussed the dogdisease etiology, diagnosis, and treatment of gallstones, provide a reference for veterinaryclinical data. This research collected5cases of gallstones for the research objects includingtheir names, gender, age, body weight, clinical symptoms, inspection items, examinationresults, records of gall bladder resection surgery, preoperative alkaline phosphatase andalanine aminotransferase levels after operation, postoperative nursing record, conservativetreatment record and many other dates in jiajiale veterinary hospital of shanxi province fromaugust2013to april2014. The experimental study part was making up by the summaries ofdetails about these five cases of canine.They were numbered respectively as1-5, treatment ofnumber1-4were surgical remove the gallbladder and three of them survived, the rest one wastreated conservatively and survived, the dead one was the oldest. It came that rehabilitationprograms was made according to the priorities set of disease, surgical treatment was taken when itis serious, otherwise take conservative treatment.
