Abstract/Summary:
In Xinjiang province, the cultivation area of chili increased year by year, and the processing industrywith chili is developing rapidly. The transplanting cultivation model, which is efficient and benefit, canmeet the needs of the rapidly growing industries. Plug seedling is one of the key aspects of transplantingcultivation model, plug seedling equipment is the core components in the seedling process. With easing toabsorbed seed, the existing plug seedling equipment commonly uses the way that vibrating the seeds tray tomaking the seed group to be separated. But, with small size、irregular shape and poor flowability,theseparation of the chili seed group is poor. To solve this problem, the seed supply system was been designedbased on the principle of blowing transportation for the species,and its preliminary was studied. The maincontents of this paper are:The seed of chili which is widely planted in Xinjiang province was measured, the measurementresults are: the shape of chili seed is dish, chili seed diameter is3.77mm, the chili seed density is630Kg/m3,sliding characteristics and the range of chili seed measurement suspension velocity is3.5-5.2m/s, to providereference data for future study.Principles for the kind of blowing were analyzed to determine the species based on blowingtransportation for the implementation of programs and the design of the structure for the kind of blowingdelivery system. The flow field characteristics of the delivery room were analysis with the CFD, obtainedthat: getted the facters (the length of conveyor straight pipe and the angle of the corner) which effect theflow field characteristics and determined the structure size range: L=800mm, I=90°.By building the model of transportation for the species and species adsorption process, thekinematics and dynamics of seed species taken during adsorption were analyzed and get the main factorswhich effect the adsorption performance:gas velocity for transport、gas-solid ratio of the suction processand the Vacuum degree of the adsorp holes.Experimental platform, through orthogonal experiment three factors that affect the performance ofthe species adsorbed to take experimental study carried out to determine the order of arrangement of theprimary and secondary factors impact on performance,through poor analysis identified different factors ontest performance impact indicators. Combined with the actual requirements of production weightedcomprehensive analysis to determine the optimal level combination of factors comprehensive evaluationindicators: the gas velocity for transport is9.6m/s; the gas-solid ratio of the suction process is0.48; theVacuum degree of the adsorp holes is12KPa.In this paper, the principle of blowing for the species transported was proposed and conductedresearch. Providing a program to solve the problem for the existing plug seedling equipment and verify itsfeasibility.
