This topic originates from the sub-topic of the national grain bumper science and technology project.The quality of sowing seeds of the seeder affects crops' output directly as well as the agricultural product cost, therefore it is the modern agriculture urgent need that to develop the high grade sowing seeds machinery. Although majority areas of our country already realize the sowing mechanization, the quality of the present seeders can't satisfy the request of high production. Now the big area of wheat field generally has the non-uniform of adult plant density, emerging irregularly of the plant, the character of single individual also displays big difference;these all limited the wheat output further enhancement. The production practices had proved that to solve this question the key is to lie in implementation even sowing seeds. The aim of this topic is to solve the problem of the present seeder to exist sparse breaks up the phenomenon to be serious, the existence lump seeding, we had designed and made one kind of assembling the falling plant evening wheat seeder—2BXJF-12 wheat seeder, this wheat seeder can remarkably enhance the uniformity of wheat sowing seeds;has achieved the goal of festival seed, increase production.Because majority of our country areas the wheat seeder all uses the V-belt pulley seeder-metering device, this article has analyzed the existence question of the outside V-belt pulley wheat seeder and proposed the corresponding improvement design proposal. This article mainly made the corresponding improvement in seeder-metering device, furrow opener, pressure roller to enhance the sowing seeds uniformity. (l)Through the static test and analyze the Uniform coefficient of variation and the dead section percentage may obtain that the slanting V-belt pulley row of the straight V-belt pulley, the slanting V-belt pulley, the screw the V-belt pulley which is best;moreover structure simple, the manufacture is easy.(2) Analyzed the present disc furrow opener existence question, made the corresponding improvement, designed the adjust add-on component, which scraped off the soil layer of adheres on the disc furrow opener and could not increase the disc furrow opener the resistance. (3)Through the analysis and comparing of the question of existing pressure roller, scheme has determined both to reduce slipping rate and to be able to the line of suppression pressure roller plan, and has determined the town pressure roller main parameter through the stress analysis. We obtains the related parameter of the falling plant evening wheat seeder through the experiment carries on digital image processing through the use of electro-optical sensor and the effect chart.After the seeder prototype had been completed at September, 2004, we had carried experiment many times, in big Feng Ying xiang of shen Zhou city, through analyzing and comparing theexperimental data with the existent seeder, we obtained the conclusion that this seeder sowing seeds had the remarkable enhancement, had achieved the anticipated result, wheat's growth character was improved, had achieved the grain increased production goal.
