| ABSTRACT:7years Hui-zao jujube was used as test material to study the influence of production of the "3414" fertilizing treatments. The leaf fresh weight, water content, chlorophyll, soluble sugar, mineral element contents, flowers/the bearing branches, fruits/the bearing branches of jujube were analyzed, The influence of spraying GA3(10mg/L) to fruit setting and endogenous hormones was also studied, The main research results are as follows:1) Among all these fertilizer treatments, in late June the dry fresh weight was the highest (0.46), while in late August was the lowest(0.33);2) The chlorophyll a/b ratio overall declined, total chlorophyll was up and down the upward trend. Different fertilizer did not change the year cycle trend, different fertilizer had small influence of chlorophyll a/b ratio;3) Fertilizer treatments could improve the N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn, Cu content and the content of soluble sugar of jujube leaves with different degrees. Among them T6, T7and T11were significant better than other treatments;4) Fertilizer treatments didn’t change the annual cycle of leave mineral elements, in "3414" fertilizer treatments there was downward trend of the N, P, Cu elements of leaves throughout the whole growing period, but N, P decreased rapidly in early stage, gently in late stage; while Cu didn’t decline much in early and medium term, rapidly in late stage; K content changes only a little; both Ca and Mg increased and then decreased in the whole growth periods, but the overall change was not much; there were increase/decrease alternating changes for both Cu and Zn content;5) Fertilizer treatments improved the fruit setting to some extent,,all treatments were higher than T1(CK),except as T2;6) Flowers/bearing branches began to decline from the late May; fruits/bearing branches increased gradually at first and then a sharp decline, at the last remained stable;7) Fertilizer ratio of Nã€Pã€K were consider3:2:2;8) Compared to no fertilizer, fertilizer treatment could promote phenophase ahead for 2-3days;9)7days after spraying, GA and IAA content were significantly higher than CK, and ABA and ZR content were significantly lower than CK; flowers being spryed GA had more endogenous hormones than not, and achieved significant leve; by contrast, fruits had less than not;10) Spraying GA had little influence on fruits/bearing branches, and the differences were not significant, and the final fruit-setting rate increased by55.3%. |
