This paper toke the common agricultural waste cottonseed shell matrix fungus chaff andsawdust fungus chaff as raw material, using thermogravimetric analysis to study the pyrolysisand using the kinetic study to establish the pyrolysis kinetics model, which can provide ideas forthe two kinds of mushroom bran reasonable use as liquid and gas fuel materials.This experiment used the self-made heat weight balance to make the the thermal test of twokinds of fungus chaffs, and obtained material thermogravimetric curve TG and thermalthermogravimetric curve DTG, According to the three factors and three levels orthogonal test toselect the optimum combination of factors influence pyrolysis.Compared with the pyrolysischaracteristic parameters of orthogonal test of two samples, ignition of two samples ofsixth groups is the lowest,and combustion index is the highest,that explain the combustionperformance of sixth groups of test samples is the best. The results showed that pyrolysis processof fungus chaff included four stages,they were weightlessness phase, preheat the solution phase,pyrolysis stage, and stage of carbonization,Using thermogravimetric analyzer to select threekinds of different heating rates and two kinds fungus chaffs of test data in the sixth groups of theorthogonal test to analyze with single factor test,and obtained the TG and DTG curves, theheating rate had some influence on the thermal analysis curves, the higher heating rate, the morethe thermal analysis curves towards the direction of high temperature shiftposition.Using dynamic analysis method to infer the mechanism function of two kinds of rawmaterials and the establish the dynamic model. Using Ozawa method to calculate E of two kindsof test materials of mushroom bran samples, the conversion rate of10%~80%, two kinds offungus chaff activation energy range were42.78~58.25kj/mol and45.1~47.9kj/mol. UsingSatava mechanism of inference method to infer the mechanism of function, No.36mechanismfunction was the result of Sample1, No.38mechanism function was the result of Sample2.Using Malek mechanism of inference method to infer the mechanism of function, themechanism function of sample1and sample2are both the363841functions of graph,whichwas inferred by Malek inference method,the result was Consistent with the the result ofSatava mechanism of inference method.Using Coats-Redfern equation to combine with the deduced mechanism function to establishthe dynamic model and using Coats-Redfern equation to combine with the hypothesis ofreactionmechanism function to establish the dynamic model.Compared with the E value ofdifferent activation kinetics model, The kinetic parameters of Coats-Redfern equation and the assumed mechanism function were different from The kinetic parametersof Coats-Redfern equation and the inference mechanism function, and the other dynamicsmethod for the results were quite different, which indicated that theinfer function suitable forbiomass pyrolysis mechanism of the activation energy E was more close to the actual.
