The research is making the separated and mixed silage for fungus chaff and sugarcane tip,and studying the influence on the fermentation process and quality under such of silage with adding the additive,in order to selecting applicable additive,opening days and the mixed proportion for fungus chaff and sugarcane tip.Testing one(Part 2):How additive impact on the quality of fungus chaff silage.Regarding the fungus chaff as material,we setting up 5 process,CON group,CEL group,Ym3 group,Ym7 group,Ym3&Ym7(MIX)group.Each process repeat 3 times,and opening the silage after 1d,3d,7d,15d,30d and 60d,then to test and analyze the silage indexes.Result found that the fungus chaff silage is increasing in LA,AA,DM,ADF and NDF as fermentation days up,but PH,BA and CP are in a trend of reducing.While Ash keep the same,and WSC increased at the first period of fermentation,then start to down along with the fermentation time extension.We can draw a conclusion,adding cellulase,lactic acid bacteria Ym3,lactic acid bacteria Ym7,and compound addition of lactic acid bacteria Ym3&Ym7 will improve fungus chaff silage's effect obviously within different fermentation days except the 60d fermentation time.Adding cellulase,and adding Ym3 and Ym7 separately or compound,all will end up the fermentation process early.Testing two(Part 3):How additive impact on the quality of sugarcane tip silage.Regarding the sugarcane tip as material,we setting up 5 process,CON group,CEL group,Ym3 group,Ym7 group,Ym3&Ym7(MIX)group.Each process repeat 3 times,and opening the silage after 1d,3d,7d,15d,30d and 60d,then to test and analyze the silage indexes.Result found that the sugarcane tip silage is increasing in AN,LA,PA,Ash,ADF and NDF as fermentation days up,but pH and HC are in a trend of reducing.While AA increased at the first period of fermentation,then start to down along with the fermentation time extension,and BA,DM and CP keep the same,WSC decrease at the first period of fermentation,then start to increase with the fermentation time extension.We can draw a conclusion,adding cellulase,lactic acid bacteria Ym3,lactic acid bacteria Ym7,and compound addition of lactic acid bacteria Ym3&Ym7 will improve sugarcane tip silage's effect obviously within 6 fermentation days.But will not end up the fermentation process early.Based on the fermentation process and various indexes,adding lactic acid bacteria Ym7 or compound adding of lactic acid bacteria Ym3&Ym7 will be reach the better effect.Testing three(Part 4):How additive impact on the quality of fungus chaff and sugarcane tip mix silage.Regarding the sugarcane tip as material,we setting up 5 mixing ratio:100%fungus chaff,85%fungus chaff and 15%sugarcane tip,70%fungus chaff and 30%sugarcane tip,55%fungus chaff and 45%sugarcane tip,100%sugarcane tip.Every ratio setting 5 process:CON group,CEL group,Ym3 group,Ym7 group,Ym3&Ym7(MIX)group.Each process repeat 3 times,and opening the silage after 60d,then to test and analyze the silage indexes.Result found that the mixed silage is decreasing in pH and DM as the increase of the sugarcane tip in the proportion of the fungus chaff and sugarcane tip mix silage,but AN,LA,PA,WSC are in a trend of increasing.BA and NDF keep the same.While the proportion of sugarcane tip is<30%,Ash increase,but CP,ADF and HC keep the same,when the proportion of sugarcane tip is>30%,Ash,CP and ADF decrease,but HC increase.AA content less in 100%fungus chaff silage and 100%sugarcane tip silage while it content more in other ratios.With the increase of the proportion of sugarcane tip,the effect of cellulase on mixed silage was weakened,the quality is better with the ratio of 85%fungus chaff and 15%sugarcane tip,70%fungus chaff and 30%sugarcane tip.We can draw a conclusion,adding lactic acid bacteria improve the quality of mixed silage all the time.Adding lactic acid bacteria Ym3,lactic acid bacteria Ym7,or compound addition of lactic acid bacteria Ym3&Ym7 had no different in adding effect of the mixed silage.Mixing ratio silage of 70%fungus chaff and 30%sugarcane tip,55%fungus chaff and 45%sugarcane tip will be reach the better effect.
