This study respectively took the ganoderma fungus chaff as raw materials for the fermentation.Use three additives (fermented green juice FGJ,cellulase, xylanase) on different five experiments.Effect of cellulase addition levels on the quality of fermented ganoderma fungus chaff feed and fermentation process;Effect of xylanase addition levels on the quality of fermented ganoderma fungus chaff feed and fermentation process;Effect of FGJ and different cellulase addition levels on the quality of fermented ganoderma fungus chaff feed and fermentation process;Effect of FGJ and different xylanase addition levels on the quality of fermented ganoderma fungus chaff feed and fermentation process;Effect on the Quality of Fermented Ganodorma Fungus Chaff Feed Supplied by Fermented Green Juice,Cellulase and xylanase,in order to provided a theoretical basis for the large-scale production of high quality of fermented feed.There were a control group.In experiment l,the fungus chaff were treated with cellulase (CEL) at the rates of 500 U/kg(CEL1),1000 U/kg (CEL2) and 2000 U/kg (CEL3).In experiment 2,the fungus chaff were treated with xylanase (XYL) at the rates of 1250 U/kg(XYL1),2500 U/kg (XYL2) and 5000 U/kg (XYL3).In experiment 3,the fungus chaff were treated with (FGJ+CEL,MIX) at the rates of 2 ml/kg FGJ+500 U/kg CEL(MIX1),2 ml/kg FGJ+1000 U/kg CEL(MIX2),2 ml/kg FGJ+2000 U/kg CEL(MDC3).In experiment 4, the fungus chaff were treated with (FGJ+XYL,MIX) at the rates of 2 ml/kg FGJ+1250U/kg XYL (MIX1),2 ml/kg FGJ+2500U/kg XYL(MIX2),2 ml/kg FGJ+5000 U/kg XYL(MIX3).In experiment 5,the fungus chaff were treated with 2ml/kg FGJ,2000U/kg CEL,5000U/kg XYL,2ml/kg FGJ+2000U/kg CEL (MIX1),2ml/kg FGJ+5000U/kg XYL (MIX2),2ml/kg FGJ+2000U/kg CEL+5000U/kg XYL(MIX3).Each treatment was repeated 3 times,the materials were ensiled at room temperature and opened after 7d,14d,30d,60d,to determine its feed fermentation quality and chemical composition.Experiment 1:The effect of three cellulose addition levels were significantly improved on four fermentation days.The best adding effect of fermented 7d is CEL2 group,the CEL2 and CEL3 groups are similar in fermented 30d,they are better than CELlgroup.The best adding effect of fermented 14d and 30d is CEL3 group. With the increase of fermentation days,the lactic acid (LA) show a trend of increasing,the pH and DMR were declining,GLR increased(P< 0.05).the WSC,NDF and HC started declining,AN increased(P<0.05).Add a certain level of cellulase,the fermentation process is ended prematurely.Experiment 2:The three levels of added xylanase were significantly improved on the fouth fermentation days.The best added effect of fermented 7d and 14d is XYL1 group,the three XYL groups are similar in fermented 30d and 60d. With the increase of fermentation’s days,the LA show a trend of increasing,the pH and DMR were declining,GLR was increased(P<0.05).the WSC,NDF and HC were declining,AN show a trend of increasing.By adding a certain level of xylanase,the fermentation process is ended prematurely.Experiment 3:The effect of three MIX groups were significantly improved on four fermentation’s days.The best adding effect of fermented 7d is MIX2 group.the three MIX groups are similar in fermented 14d,30d and 60d. With the increasing of fermentation’s days,the LA show a trend of increasing,the pH,WSC,NDF and HC were declining,GLR,AN increased(P<0.05).The fermentation process is ended prematurely when FGJ and cellulase were added at the same time.Experiment 4:The effect of three MIX groups were significantly improved on four fermentation’s days.The best of adding effect are MIX3 groups when open on 7d,14d,30d,60d.With the increase of fermentation’s days,the LA show a trend of increasing,the pH,DMR,WSC,NDF and HC were declining, GLR,AN increased(P<0.05).FGJ and xylanase were added to speed up the lactic acid fermentation, the fermentation process is ended prematurely.Experiment 5:The results showed that compared with the CON group,the WSC of other groups was significantly increase (P<0.01), the pH,GLR,NDF,HC and AN had highly significant reduced (P<0.01). Compared with the FGJ group, the LA of the MIX1and MIX2 group were respectively reduced and highly significant increased (P<0.05,.P<0.01),the WSC of other groups was significantly increased (P<0.01), the AN was significantly reduced (P<0.01).Compared with the CEL groups, the NDF of the MIX1 group were significantly reduced (P<0.01),the WSC was significantly increased(P<0.01).Compared with the MIX1 and MIX2 group,,the pH,GLR of the MIX3 group were significantly reduced (P<0.01), the ADF reduced (P<0.05). In a word,the effect of adding cellulose and adding xylanase were better than the effect of adding fermented green juice,and the effect of mixed group were better than just one,especially the best of adding effect is MIX3.
