| Red jujube is one of the characteristic fruits of southern Xinjiang, which developed rapidly inrecent years, whose planting area and yield increased respectively at the rate of sixty five percentand sixty three percent a year. The related processing, marketing and other related industrieseconomic benefit is even more significant. Because of the long orchard constructing cycle, thehigh cost of the early stage of the production and the low level of mechanization in the plantingpattern and direct seeding and orchard constructing, it restricted the speed of large scale orchardconstructing, so as to have a certain lag influence on the red jujube industrialization.This project is based on the study of red jujube cultivation of agricultural.Combined withmodern agricultural equipment manufacturing technology, a new mechanization transplantingtheory for horticulture plants, such as the red jujube, called group transplanting, is proposed.Which will have the jujube seedlings fixed on a transplanting tape (easy to decompose, nopollution materials), and then the transplanting machine will transplant the jujube seedling alongwith the tape. Which does not need artificial transplanting process so as to reduce the manual laborinput at the greatest degree, and improve the efficiency of transplanting. Based on this theory andcomprehensive consideration of the jujube tree characteristics of transplanting, the design schemeof transplanting machine is determined. Using the software AutoCAD and Solidworks respectivelyto design the three-dimensional physical simulation and engineering drawing according to thedesign scheme, and with the finite element analysis and structure optimization of the key parts, thereasonable structure parameters of the prototype is obtained. According to the prototype structureparameters, the prototype is manufactured. After the appropriate installation and debugging, thetransplanting experiment was carried out to verify the effect of transplanting. Through thecomparative analysis of the test results and test data, the further analysis and optimization for theprototype is done. Through the transplanting experiment, the transplanting effect of the prototypebasically meet the design requirements, which verify the feasibility theory of the grouptransplanting.The above analysis has the reference value to the research and design for the same kindtransplanting machine. The transplanting machine is the combination of agronomy and farmmachinery, which has the simple structure, convenient maintenance, and reliable performance. Atthe same time, hope that more and better modern agricultural equipment will be developed on thebasis of this theory and design. |
