| Agaricus bisporus is delicious and nutritious, it is the world’s first large edible fungus. Naked oats is the main food crops in bashing area of our province, but when it harvests, a large number of naked oats straw is produced at the same time. Technology study on Agaricus bisporus cultivation with naked oats straw not only can turn waste into treasure, but also provide sufficient materials for the production of edible fungi. Therefore, study on Agaricus bisporus cultivation with naked oats straw was carried out to improve the industrial added value of oat industry, solve the problem of environment pollution caused by straw burning and provide high-quality material for edible fungus industry at the same time.The test determines suitable naked oats straw compost formula through analyzing C/N ratio and other nutrients,and does cultivation comparative test with three traditional Agaricus bisporus compost:wheat straw, rice straw and corn cob, comparing the yield and fruiting body’s agronomic traits. This study also made formula selection and variety screening test for culturing Agaricus bisporus by naked oats straw, determined the optimum mother culture medium, primary stock substrate and suitable Agaricus bisporus cultivars in naked oats straw compost. The main results are shown as follows:1. Naked oats straw’s carbon nitrogen ratio is91.8, between wheat straw (96.9) and corn cob (88.2). Its crude fiber content is45.2%, significantly higher than that of wheat straw, rice straw and corn cob. Its crude protein content is significantly higher than corn cob and wheat straw, lower than rice straw. Crude ash content is medium. Synthesizing measurement results of the nutrients, naked oats straw has the potential to become Agaricus bisporus compost.2. Suitable carbon and nitrogen ratio of Agaricus bisporus compost before fermentation is33:1. According to the measured results of naked oats straw nutrients, the appropriate naked oats straw compost formula was calculated:naked oats straw1500kg, cow dung15kg, urea15kg, calcium superphosphate50kg, gypsum25kg, lime25kg.3. Naked oats straw compost’s spawn running time is short, lasts35days. It has good mycelium growth vigour, characterized by whiter mycelia and more aerial hyphae; Time of mushroom peak centered; Turn the tide quickly, its time is4days.Average yield of Agaricus bisporus cultured by naked oats straw compost is8.66kg/m2, which has no significant difference comparing with other compost formula; In the fruiting body agronomic characters and nutritional quality of fruiting body, it is approximate to the other three compost formulas. Overall, naked oats straw compost behaves well, including fast spawn running speed, good mycelium growth vigour, short growth cycle and high yield and nutritional quality. In conclusion, it is the ideal new materials for Agaricus bisporus cultivation in bashang area.4. By screening6kinds of mother culture medium of Agaricus bisporus, an optimum medium was determined:Fermented cottonseed hulls100g, cow dung50g, glucose20g, agar20g, KH2PO43g, MgSO41.5g, VB120mg, peptone5g, water1000mL. In this medium, mycelia grow fastest with the speed of2.90mm/d. And the mycelium growth vigour is the best, characterized by more aerial hyphae, whiter mycelia and neater colony edge.5. Two optimum primary stock substrates were determined from11kinds of formulas, they are as follows:A1kernel84.15%、cow dung14.85%、gypsum1%, KH2PO40.1%、 MgSO40.05%; C1grain16.83%、sorghum grain67.32%、cow dung14.85%、gypsum1%, KH2PO40.1%、MgSO40.05%. Mycelia grow the fastest and well in formula A1, reaching5.37mm/d. In the formula C1, mycelium growth vigour is the best, but its growth speed is medium.6. In these four Agaricus bisporus cultivors, W192is the most appropriate cultivars. W192has the characteristics of strong mycelium growth vigour. It owns the maximum average output, approaching7.50kg/m2, and better agronomic characters. |
