Investigation And Analysis About Wusu City Of Xinjiang Pastoral Sheep Infection Of Gastrointestinal Parasitic Worm And Hydatid

The sheep infected with parasitic disease serious in WuSu pastoral areas of the Xinjiangprovince, restricting the development of local animal husbandry. This study adopts themethod of conventional parasite investigation of grassland animal husbandry in the city foradult sheep from the five ranch in the digestive tract parasite and echinococcosis investigation,in order to lay the foundation for its prevention.First of all five sheep ranch gastrointestinal parasite infection situation analysis and theoverall comparison. The results showed that the WuSuShi sheep gut parasites sort is more,infection rate is high, but the infection intensity is low, mainly in a variety of parasites jointpathogenic characteristics. Ganjiahu Lake ranch home Gan infection is more serious parasiticdisease infection intensity Oesophagostomum average of80,Haemonchus average infectionintensity is200, On the Bayingou ranch the most severe infection is the the Nematodirusarchari (95) and Haemonchus contortus (60). Compared with other ranch, Nematodirusarchari (75) and Marshall nematodes (85) in Ma Jike are the two most apparent kinds ofparasitic diseases. The most common infection in Guertu ranch is the esophagostomiasis(135),Trichostrongyle (135) and Ostertagia ostertagi (130). Saili Curtis ranch in Sihamonitimes tapeworm infection intensity average of185, Cooper nematode infection intensityaverage is110.Comprehensive consideration, the lowest incidence rates and the slightest ofinfection is in the Mjike ranch,followed by GanGuHu pasture, we all know that the infectionof Guertu ranch is the most serious.In the total of6490sheep, the number infected hydatid disease is838and the averageinfection rate of12.9%. We get through statistics that only liver infection of417and onlypulmonary infection in185and Liver lung mixed infection of about236. According to theage categories available,we can find that under the age of three the infection rate was11.8%and the infection rate was14.0%in the age of three to five years, more than the fection ratewas20.2%in the five over the age of the sheep.
