Since the second half of 2015,Ningxia has used the genetically engineered subunit vaccine of Echinococcus echinococcosis(hydatidosis)disease in five key counties(districts)of Xiji County,Tongxin County,Yanchi County,Haiyuan County and Hongsibao District to carry out newborn ewes Echinococcosis immunization pilot work.It has been carried out that medicines are given to dogs for deworming monthly.In order to further understand the immunization effect of echinococcosis in sheep farms in the Ningxia immunization pilot area,and provide feasibility suggestions for further in-depth development of echinococcosis prevention and control measures in Ningxia,this cross-sectional study was carried out.Use the epidemiological thinking and methods generally recognized by the international community to conduct scientific sampling and statistical analysis of statistical methods to master the qualification rate of immune antibodies,the positive rate of individual immune antibodies in the echinococcosis farm group of sheep farms in the Ningxia immunization pilot area in 2017 and the individual infection rates of Echinococcus granulosus in immunization pilot areas,and explore the main factors affecting the immune antibody levels of echinococcosis.According to the sampling strategy of estimated prevalence,80 large-scale sheep farms were selected.1120 sheep serums immunized with echinococcosis vaccine on the large-scale sheep farms and 1447 samples of canine manure from rural domestic dogs were collected for antibody testing and dog fecal antigen testing.Questionnaire survey on large-scale sheep farms was conducted synchronously,and statistical analysis was conducted on the factors influencing immune antibody level in the questionnaire.The true herd qualification rate of echinococcosis immune antibody of sheep farms in Ningxia pilot area in 2017 was 20.39%(95%CL: 11.56%-29.22%),the true individual positive rate of echinococcosis immune antibody was 61.65%(95%CL:58.8%-64.5%),the individual apparent infection rate of the dog fine-grained tapeworm was 2%.Reproductive methods and whether to immunize only newborn ewes are the main factors that affect the level of immune antibodies,and a regression model was established by multivariate logistic regression analysis.Hydatidosis immunity and deworming prevention and control measures have achieved certain results,but there is still room for improvement.Based on the results of the questionnaire survey and the analysis of the influencing factors of immune antibody levels,it is recommended that the publicity and education of hydatid disease prevention and control for farm households and the general public should be strengthened to raise farmers' awareness of immunization of sheep hydatidosis and deworming of dogs on a regular basis,and at the same time strictly control and supervise the Immunization plan requirements,immunization procedures and immunization methods,especially the intensive immunization of sheep hydatid vaccine,to ensure that the vaccine immunization is indeed and in place.
