In recent years, production dates are gradually toward the base, scale, direction ofindustrial development. autonomous Twelfth Five-Year Plan regard the jujubeindustrialization and the process of key technologies as a priority themes to development,andthe industrialization process is one of grading technology industrialization process whichincludes circulation, storage,preservation, processing, improve product quality and addedvalue.In this study, dried red jujube for Xinjiang system companies how to improve thegrading accuracy of the roll bar dry jujube grading equipment, take the configurationdimensions, the shape is more irregular in Hotan Junzao as experimental subjects to carry outthe material properties of dried jujube, jujube for grading of motion analysis, to build a testplatform, using theoretical analysis and experimental study of phase the combination ofmethods, to carry out the dry jujube roll bar grading mechanism, the study identifies theoptimal implementation of the structure and parameters of roll bar dry jujube grader.This experiment first to measure dimensions of dates and statistics, Using MATLABimage processing software to analysis the contour path sections feature of dates,thendetermined the jujube by waist diameter classification is reasonable, Further development ofrelevant classification detection methods; In the classification of the dates on the roll bar andthe movement of the guide to do stress analysis, to provide a more reasonable theoretical basisfor selecting the relevant parameter.This experimental prototype uses roll bar classification method to do a continuous steplessclassification on dried jujubes. This paper describes the characteristics of its structure andworking principle, analyzes the influence of exercise and movement speed about dried jujubeon roll bar and it’s effect for the grade. Finally, through the different sizes of dried jujubeorthogonal experiment got the dry optimal level combination of each factor which impactclassifier performance of jujube.Analysis the orthogonal test data obtained optimal level combination of eachparameter:one grading hierarchical roll bar inclination is20°, roll bar speed is210r/min;two grading hierarchical roll bar inclination is15°, roll bar speed is120r/min; three gradinghierarchical roll bar inclination is15°, roll bar speed is180r/min; four grading hierarchicalroll bar inclination is15°, roll bar speed is180r/min;...
