Although the grading technology based on machine vision is one of the developmentdirections of jujube grading, it can only test one-side information on the jujube. Thedetection technology of the full-surface information is still in the research phase, whilelacking of the device to present the full-surface information is the key constraint factor. WithJun jujube as research subjects, for it is the largely cultivated and processed in Xinjiang,research on the mechanical system was carried out to achieve the online full-surfaceinformation of the dried Jun jujube. The main contents are as follows:(1)The sample size, quality, moisture content and other material properties of dried Junjujube was measured; The image contour of Jun jujube was extracted by MatLab, and themaximum and minimum three-dimensional geometric model of Jun jujube was establishedbased on SolidWorks; The safety critical height of300mm, the mechanical system’s overallstructure and working principle were determined through the drop test.(2) The mechanical system based on which a single camera correspond to four channelsthat production rate is4/s, the key components of automatic feeding device monomer, likethe vibration of the structure parameters of the guide plate and conveying mechanism, isconfirmed. Virtual prototype based on Solidworks drawing; ADAMS use of dried Jun jujubeProjectile Motion simulation analysis, ultimately determine the tilt angle of slide30°.(3) Proposed based on the principle of friction rolling and flipping principle two kindsof dried red jujube surface form of information presentation. Flip through Jun jujube motionprocess was analyzed. It is based on that Solidworks virtual prototype mechanism wasdesigned and physical prototypes was built; according to trial, the speed for150mm/s~250mm/s to red jujube take8photos, its extraction area of up to90%, but prone to thephenomenon of repeated acquisitions and drain mining. According to the principle flipdesign ideas, completed its virtual prototype designs. Based on two principles throughinstitutional analysis and comparison was like, design complete conveyor.(4) In determining using of compressed air jet actuator as classification, based on theclassification of instant dried red jujube stress analysis, the use of gas nozzle Fluent softwaresimulation, analysis of the selected entry6, exit to the gas nozzle4, pressure is selected as0.4~0.7MPa; combine dried Jun jujube material properties determine gas nozzle installationlayout and design a set jujube box, complete the grading actuator. Upon completion of thewhole frame and the transmission part of the design, based on Solidworks drawing of theentire system based on virtual prototype.
