Tractor navigation control system can not only help conduct more precise tractor agricultural operations,but also for the operator can improve efficiency, reduce heavy, repetitive farming process, and promote thefull implementation of sophisticated agriculture. TN654L tractor seeding operations this paper used for thestudy of the navigation control system to optimize tractor, complete with electro-hydraulic design moduleto enhance the navigation terminal module. Paper include the following:(1) control system based on the development status of the existing domestic farm navigation analysis,navigation and control terminal module tractors enhance overall design, the use of CAN buscommunication, navigation terminal constructed navigation steering controller, the navigation modulelifting mechanism CAN communication network structure.(2) the tractor hoisting mechanism control module of hardware with ARM7series LM3S5749chip,through the IAR development platform to improve control function of the software development. Designedfor PWM output signal, photoelectric isolation and control circuit, amplifying circuit for extended circuitand circuit simulation is carried out by Multisim.(3) Navigation terminal has chosen the ARM9series S3C2416microprocessors, for CAN buscommunication of hardware parts, data preservation and so on has carried on the analysis and design. ByVS2005development platform for navigation terminal software application development, after analyzedthe functional requirements, based on the MFC development framework, first of all, design the mainwindow and the child window, the navigation terminal after the CAN bus communication, data display,data storage function, the functions of the navigation path planning function, respectively.(4) USBCAN-II tester functions of the navigation terminal for each separate test, the test is successfuland the steering controller of a navigation terminal for a field line debugging, and data on the CAN buscommunication data storage function for data analysis, coordinate conversion algorithm path planningfunction tested to verify. The results showed that, CAN bus communication functions and data storagefunctions of the navigation terminal is not data loss occurs, data can be displayed in real time, coordinateconversion path planning algorithm is correct, accuracy converted to meet the system requirements.
