| Walking tractor is a kind of small-sized tractor which engine power is less-than 14.7kw.Walking tractor trailers for transportation is a kind of tool which assembled trailers with walking tractors and can proceed short-distance transportation and widely used in our countryside.When walking tractors work on transporting they are easily occur impact and traffic bound with slightly careless because of quick driving speed,mixed traffic flow and incomplete traffic conditions.The brake performance of walking tractor trailers becomes the important factor which influences safety use.For now,the test-bed for detecting brake performance of tractors is not suitable for brake performance of walking tractor trailers,so study on brake performance test instrument for portable walking tractor trailers for transportation can find the hidden dangers of agriculture machinery in time,control the safety from the beginning,.It'll play an important role in protecting the safety of people's life and property and promoting stability and harmony of rural society,produces highly social benefits.This article has finished the following works of the study on brake performance test instrument for portable walking tractor trailers for transportation:Firstly,the total design was systematically done.According to the regulation of brake performance,analyzed the deficiency of bench test and drew the program of test on the road.Aim at this program,made specific speed accord with inspection requirement of unit braking distance and made total design of data acquisition system,data processing and output system and analyzed its working principle and detecting progress to provide the design plan for the subsequent hardware and soft development.Secondly,made hardware design of detector.The detector hardware including brake pedal switch,wheel speed sensor,signal testing print cartridge,etc.To make equipment choice of key system departments for example:sensor,microcontroller,wireless chips,and designed every unit's connecting circuit,power supply circuit,pedal switch.Thirdly,the software design of the detector.The content and standard of braking performance test,the calculation method of relevant parameters are analyzed,and the program work flow of each component in the vehicle end is designed,and the receiving end main program is developed.Finally,made debugged and experimentally analyzed the brake performance test instrument for portable walking tractor trailers.Through road experiment to test the function,precision and stability of detector and made constantly modification of potential questions to make excellent test result.After finishing the prototype,did experiment on the brake performance test instrument for portable walking tractor trailers and contrastive analyzed the test parameter to confirm the test method in order to popularize in the future. |
