Fox, raccoon and mink carcass normally used as animal protein, was conducted with the method of the briquetting of frozen and oil press method. But both methods have some shortcomings, briquetting of frozen with its conservation needs, increased capital investment, The production capacity of oil press is not high and this method is easy to pollute the environment, the product moisture content is high, it is difficult to save, and the quality is unstable. The test with high temperature and high pressure hydrolysis method, processing and utilization of mink, fox and raccoon carcasses, the product is animal fats and animal protein products. This method has the advantages of less pollution, higher production output, and stable quality of product. The method solves the Changli County fur animal carcass accumulation caused by environmental pollution problems, adapt to the shortage of the national conditions of our country animal protein and fat for feeding.Analysis test shows that MBM cadmium, chromium, mercury, arsenic content of meat and meat products in line with current major heavy metal content limits, A moisture content of 7%; crude protein content of 40.0%; 11.2% crude fat content; calcium content of 12.2%; total phosphorus content of 6.0%. Copper, iron, manganese, zinc, chromium, cadmium, mercury, arsenic, lead and fluorine content of the product in line with feed and feed additives health indicators. The experimental results show that through the high temperature and high pressure hydrolysis product fox raccoon mink carcass can be used as animal protein feed or feed oil processing. The key is the heavy metal content to meet the standards stipulated by the state. We need to use management pig, poultry feed standard to manage products production and sales. If we avoid the ethical issues, fox and raccoon and mink carcass products can also be in the field of fur animal breeding to use them as animal protein supplements.
