In this experiment,5-year-old "Cabernet Gernischet" grapevine is used as test material to study the effect of different to study the effect on different axillary shoot treatments of leaf photosynthesis, fruit physiology and quality, fruit invertase and the branches cold resistance of grapevine. The results showed that:1 Compared with all the axillary shoot left treatment, the axillary shoot pruning treatments f wine grapes’cluster length has significantly increased, which retain the 3 axillary shoot leaves cluster length is 14 percent higher than other treatments; axillary shoot pruning treatments has significantly affecte on volume of fruit and fruit weight.2 Pruning axillary shoot leave appropriatly can significantly improve the axillary shoot and main shoot’s leave net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance; no significant effect on the transpiration rate and intercellular CO2 concentration, axillary shoot leaves’s photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance was significantly higher than that of the main shoot leaves.3 Appropriate level of axillary shoot pruning can have a good effect on fruit quality, within a certain range with the increase in the number axillary shoot leaves leafe, increase soluble solids, total soluble sugars, sucrose, reducing sugar content, while reducing titratable acid content.4 Axillary shoot pruning can improve fruit SAI, SNI, SS activity at fruit enlargement period, which two axillary shoot leaves left and three axillary shoot leaves left the processing SAI, SNI, higher SS activity; for SPS activity no significant effect.5 Appropriate level axillary shoot pruning has good effect on fruit quality and photosynthesis on main and axillary shoot. The best performance in of four treatment is treatment 3 and treatment 4.
