The effect of three canopy heights (90cm,120cm and150cm) of "厂" shape training structures on wine grapes’ development, canopy structure, photosynthetic characteristics, fruit quality and wine quality were studied by taking4year-old wine grapes "Cabernet sauvignon","Merlot" and"Chardonnay" as experimental materials, The main results showed as follows:1. Compared with "dulong tendril" training structure, the canopy height(90cm,120cm and150cm) treatments increased leaf area and improved blade quality of leaf, but had no significant affected.2. Compared with the control, the treatment of150cm canopy height could significantly increased LAI(leaf area index), followed by120cm. TR(transm. coef. for radiation penetration) was the highest in the90cm screen height of treatment, followed by treatment of120cm.3. In all treatment,"厂" shape training structure significantly increased net photosynthetic rate, and the Pn in "120cm"canopy treatment increased25%than CK, there were significantly difference between treatments and CK.4."厂" shape training structure can increased fruit quality,"120cm" canopy treatment increased total sugar content and phenols content in berry fruit."150cm" canopy treatment significantly increased flavonoids content in Cabernet sauvignon and Merlot berry fruit, but total phenolic content significant increased in "120cm"canopy treatment.5."厂" shape training structure significantly affected phenolic content in wine, the phenolic content in "150cm" canopy Cabernet sauvignon treatment wine was increased12.7%than CK, and the anthocyanin significantly increased too. The total phenolic, anthocyanin and flavonoids content in "120cm"canopy Merlot wine were significantly increased.6. As to Cabernet sauvignon plant,"120cm"canopy treatment can significantly increased fruit and wine quality, and "150cm" canopy treatment can significantly increased Merlot and Chardonnay wine grapes berry fruit and wine quality.
