| Beef and mutton are one of the main food for human consumption, and its quality safety is closely related to people’s quality of life. Based on the requirements of the quality and safety in beef and mutton, the beef and mutton from the markets of Yin chuan were sampled and the content of arsenic, mercury, lead, cadmium, chromium, ampicillin and sulfadiazine sodium were detected. Meanwhile Some healthy Tan-sheep of Ningxia were selected to study the Elimination Regularity of tetracycline in vivo and to predict its withdrawal period. The results showed as follows.1. Studies on the content of the beta lactam drugs residues in sampled beef and mutton in Yin Chuan, the results showed that there were no beta lactam drugs in all of the samples and there were safe for human beings.2. Studies on the content of the sulfonamides drugs residues in sampled beef and mutton in Yin Chuan, the results showed that the results showed that there were no sulfonamides drugs in all of the samples and there were safe for human beings.3. The healthy Tan-sheep of Ningxia were selected to study the elimination regularity of tetracycline in vivo and the software of WT1.4 was used for predicting its withdrawal period. The results showed that the withdrawal period of tetracycline hydrochloride was 9.7 days in muscle,10.6 days in liver and 12 days in kidneys. Based on this study the withdrawal period of tetracycline hydrochloride was 12 days in Tan-sheep could avoid the harm of tetracycline residues for human beings.4. The beef and mutton from the 15 markets of Yin chuan were sampled and the content of arsenic, mercury, lead, cadmium, chromium, ampicillin and sulfadiazine sodium were detected. The results showed that the content of five heavy metals mentioned above were all under the provisions of the state standard and reached the standard of green food. |
