Study On Design And Experiment Of Red Jujubes Grader

With the implementation of the market of red jujubes and the autonomous region’s twelve-five palnning, industry of the red jujubes have became a part of the pillar industry which could develop the rural economy, increase farmers’income. The production of red jujubes have developed towarded the direction of base, scale, industrialization. In autonomous region’s eleven-five palnning of development of science and technology, the industrialization of red jujubes and the key technology in the process of industrialization have been as a theme of development which given priority and a special of significant technology. The technology of grading red jujubes have been one of the key technologies which circulting, storing, preserving, deep processing, improving product grade and value-added in the processing of industrialization.Through measured the shape size of red jujubes, analysis the feature of contour of waist diameter for red jujubes by using MATLAB, then determined the rationality of grading the red jujubes by waist diameter and set detection methods of grading on the basis of them. Analysis the stress of red jujubes’ movement and guiding when they move in the roller, it provied more reasonable theoretical basis for the design of feeding device, guiding device, overall structure of red jujubes grader and the choice of relevant parameters.The red jujubes grader’s roller was designed in accordance with the shortcomings of machine for red jujubes classifier made in china, roller of the machine was comprise of grading rings which were fixed side by side, ultilizing the difference between the interstices of the grading rings and the waist diameter of red jujubes, red jujubes were classified. This study describes the characteristics of its structure and working principle as follows:the roller was adjusted to the apporpriated tilt angle by spiral rod, the roller was drived by electric motor throgh belt, the red jujubes which in the feeding device enter the space which was made up by the roller and guiding sleeve in sequence in the role of wobble-board, the red jujubes changed their position and moved to another side in the role of roller, gravity and guiding device. When the waist diameter of red jujubes are smaller than the interstices of grading rings, the red jujubes moved to corresponding hopper, the red jujubes were graded. We get the best of parameter combination of the main influencing factors by the quadratic egression orthogonal test of the red jujubes grder, and find regression equation of grading in the experimental index.
