There are a lot of vast grasslands in China, but the production of pasture is low, resulting in forage collection cost is too high and foreign machines for mowing grasses are expensive. In order to reduce expenses in the process of gathering work, a new disc rake is independent designed.The whole structure is designed based on the operational principle through calculating the main parameters of the movement and plane distance of the disc. Using Pro-E build 3D model of components or parts, simulate the motion of movement mechanisms and analying the grass stands expansion linkage interference. It provides the theoretical basis for ensuring structure size and processing components.The components are designed again in order to solve the problems presenting in the process of welding and fitting. It provides basis for structure optimizing and confirming. |
