With the diversification of crop species and planting patterns, planter has formed the production mode of multispecies and small amount. But at present, the welding production of the seeding machine mainly depends on the manual operation, and the welding quality overmuch depends on the technical level of the operators. During the welding process, the operation changes frequently, which lead to the lower production efficiency and higher welding cost. As an efficient mode of production, welding robot station has been widely used in automotive, aerospace and other fields. But there has not fashioned seeding machine frame welding robot station yet. This essay, according to the present situation of welding production of Xinjiang seeding machine frame, combined with the welding process characteristics of the machine frame, studies flexible workstation of seeding machine frame welding robot. And, this essay plans a set of flexible workstation of seeding machine frame welding robot station scheme suitable for different types of commonly used machine frame.The essay takes the market demand of seeding machine industry as the background, 2 MBJ series precision seeder produced by RT Company as the research object. Based on the in-depth study of seeder rack construction and welding technology, this essay presents the overall objectives of the project planning of the welding robot flexible workstation. This essay has designed 3 overall plans of welding robot work station and adopted evaluating selection of AHP(analytic hierarchy process). In this essay, it has conducted a detailed design on the optimal scheme, including welding robot workstation layout planning, design of welding fixture scheme for workstation, the robot, dislodgement machine, portal frame pedestal and other specific parameters. Aiming at the welding path planning problem, this essay deeply analyzes and studies the spatial distribution and the process requirements of the solder joints, establishing the mathematical model of the welding path planning. By using ant colony algorithm and Matlab software, this essay works out the shortest welding path.Using DELMIA digital simulation software, this essay conducts simulation teaching on the planning welding station, and further analyzes the interference and collision in the welding process, which conclude the welding production time of various models of seeding machine frame. Through the man-machine operation analysis, this essay obtains each type of machine frame welding production beat in the workstation is 576 s, 585 s, 592 s, 621 s. It is determined that workstation only need to configure one operation personnel and maximum personnel idle rate is 80.9%; workstation operating efficiency is 5.28 times than that of single operating; the utilization rate of working area improves 82.6%. Based on the above data, it can rationally allocate the tasks of the operator and finally output offline program.Through simulation analysis on flexible workstation of seeding machine frame welding robot, the planning scheme in this essay reduces the production cycle, improves the production efficiency and space utilization and conforms to the requirements of low carbon efficient economic development.
