Agricultural meteorological conditions is the key factors of agricultural plant diseases, insect pests and weed, and the change of climate influence on the incidence and harm degree of diseases, insect pests and weed. The time of occurrence, harm degree of plant diseases, insect pests and weed directly determine the use of time, application amount of pesticides. In the sales of pesticides, variation of meteorological factors and them result in the change of diseases, insect pests and weed, which determine the change of pesticide sales area, peak and valley of sales.According the relationship between agricultural meteorological elements and the occurrence and development of agricultural plant diseases, insect pests and weed, we studied on the control effects of peticides and effects of climate influenced the incidence of disease, insect pest and weed in filed. Combined a company sales of main pesticides, such as 25% Pymetrozine EC、40% Isoprothiolane EC、41% glyphosate AS et., in Anhui sales in recent years, we discussed effects of climatic factors to the major pesticides use and sales. The main conclusion as following:1. By 200,400,800 times liquid soaking seed, control effect of 25% Pymetrozine EC on Laodelphax striatellus adults, showed that, in seeding stage 200,400,800 times liquid 25% Pymetrozine EC control effect were 16.58%~71.91%,0~72.32%, 3.13%~68.52%, we obtained treatment of 25% Pymetrozine EC200-400 on Laodelphax striatellus adult control effect was better, more or less were short of control effect; For 2-4 day after application, the control effect was significantly.2. Control effect of rice blast by 4 different treatments with 40% Isoprothiolane EC and 10% isoprothiolane hexaconazole EC, result showd that 40% Isoprothiolane EC control effect on rice blast was significantly, the optimal concentration was 1200 ml/ hm2, overuse would aslo lower effect.3. In Anhui July-August average air temperature and rice sheath blight incidence after correlation test showed that the correlation coefficient was 0.593, through the significant test of α=0.05, in the suitable relative humidity conditions, the July-August average temperature was higher, the greater the potential for sheath blight and more serious; temperature condition was suitabled, but the relative humidity was low, incidence rate of rice sheath blight decreased. Wheat scab were mainly influenced by air temperature and relative humidity, in April-May both average temperature and average relative humidity were high, the incidence was higher, and more serious, whereas the incidence of lower and mild. The incidence of wheat scab and April~May mean temperature for curve fitting, we could draw the equation:y=-0.001x3+0.2618x2-22.557x+660.63, R=0.72, through the significant test of α=0.05; the incidence of wheat scab and April-May average relative humidity for curve fitting, the equation:y= 0.0121x3-3.1801x2+277.7x-7971.1, R=0.80, through the significant test of a=0.01, showed significant correlation between wheat scab and April-May average temperature and average relative humidity.4. On the basis of the company in Anhui province pesticide sales, carbofuran sales was highest, February-April were sales summit; bactericide benzoyl propicondzole accounted for the largest proportion of the total sales of fungicides, March and June-Agust for sales height. The herbicide use maximum of chemical pesticides, and glyphosate is the largest proportion of the herbicide, which February-May sales peak. Pesticide sales in general is in a rising trend of increasing demand.5. According to the analysis on the influence of pesticide sales regions based on regional climate change, we found that rice sheath blight disease was delayed from the South to the North, and in the southern pesticide sales was early into Sales Season, in Anhui Province. Department of pesticide sales should be combined with the climate information and the Department of agriculture pest forecast information, do a good job for stocking with goods and marketing management in advance.
