| The food production and safety affect directly the living standard of the Chinese people. In recent years, most of our maize grown maize production speed is a descending trend, including diseases, insect pests and weed, which is one of the main reasons.At present, maize is one of the main foods in Jilin province. The treatment and prevention of the maize disease, insect pests and weed is always the key researchers. Because the vast majority of farmers can not understand the development regularity of the maize disease, insect pests and weed, and accurately seize the prevention and control of the maize disease, insect pests and weeds key opportunity and correct prevention and treatment. Because of the excessive medication, mistake medicine and drug residue overweight, those lead to maize disease, pests and weed increasingly serious, thus reach the expected effect of maize prevention.This paper, which is aimed at the production status of the maize in Jilin Province, will combine the Geographic Information System, Expert System, and the experiences of farmers organically. It created the Expert System of maize disease,insect pests and weed, which is a visual, effective, able to query and control some important disease, pests and weed.This system is developed the interface of system, content and system functions in order to satisfy the needs of farmers and technicists. In system realization process, firstly I look up a lot of domestic and international related literature and material, and communicate to the relevant authority experts and ask to the farmers, then analyze maize disease, pests and weed during the maize growth process. According to its occurrence period and regularity, I get the relevant data and material which I remove the data collecting and summarizing, and then use the visual language Visual Basic 6.0,Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Database and ArcView 3 of ArcGIS 9.0 to realize the Expert System of maize disease,insect pests and weed in Jilin Province on the bases of GIS.In the system to achieve process, the system is designed two function module according to the need:the front desk management module and the backstage management module. In the front desk management module conclude user registration/login function and query module. The user registration/login function is to achieve user login and new user registration function; the query function uses the retrieval way, you may input the name and signs and get the treatment result. The backstage management module realized the data maintenance for this system, which included user information maintenance and the knowledge of maize disease, inspect pests and weed. The user information maintenance is used to view, increase, delete and modify the user information; the knowledge of maize disease, inspect pests and weed is used to increase, delete and modify the information of maize disease, inspect pests and weed.The characteristics of the Expert System are the following:(1) In this system, it combined the Geographic Information System and Expert System to establish the Expert System of maize disease,insect pests and weed in Jilin Province on the bases of GIS. It combined the Database of Geographic Information System and the module and Knowledge Base of the Expert system,so the system has not only the heuristic reasoning function,but also joins the GIS analysis management function, and plays a large role in the inquires and prevention for the maize disease, inspect pests and weed.(2)The system is used the text and the pictures, for the user to provide a more intuitive way to choose the data.(3) Friendly man-machine interface, simple operation, it conducive to the majority of farmers, who are not training, directly using this system.This paper analyzes the domestic and foreign research status of expert system, introduce the Geographic Information System, Expert System, the environment which is the system design needs, and then describe the overall function of the system and its operation, at last summarize the paper. |
