Based on the diseases and pest of Yingxian outdoor Capsicum,we contrasted and studied the chemical control,agricultural control,physical control,biological control,comprehensive control.The research showed that the different control methods could effect the plant growth,incidence of diseases,yield,fruit quality,fruit nutrition and pesticide residues considerably.The primary conclusion was as follows:1.The chemical control effect had up to 90%for local Capsicum diseases and pest.In the middle of July,the chemical control made the plant grow normally.The treatment had high Capsicum yield and fruit weight.But the fruit was pale green and thin pulp.The fruit shape was too long.The fruit was less nutrition and ventricular.The fruit had low taste.And treatment was the highest pesticide residues.2.At the early growth stage of Capsicum plants,the agricultural control had strong effect on seedling growth.The fruit was dark green,.The fruit has thick flesh and round fruit shape.The fruit has high nutritional quality and taste.And the fruit has no pesticide residues.However,the control effect of the diseases and pest was not ideal,only 32.5%.The yield was not high.3.The fruit of physical control without pesticide pollution.The fruit had higher food safety and good taste.?But the prevention effect was 57.50%.The yield was not high.And the treatment had failed to have outstanding performance on To promoting plant growth,commodity quality and nutritional quality.4.In the diseases and pest peak period,biological control had a strong control effect,and the control effect was 82.5%.The yield of Biological treatment was higher than that of agricultural control,physical control and control.And the fruit of goods and nutritional quality is higher than that of chemical control.The pesticide residue rate was only 1%,lower than the chemical control and comprehensive control.5.Comprehensive control had the highest efficiency of preventing pests and diseases.The control effect was 92.5%.Although the fruits had pesticide residues,the over-standard rate was 2%only,which far below the detection limits of pesticide residues in vegetables in Shanxi province.The comprehensive control could ensure the normal growth of Capsicum seedlings,achieve high yield,high quality,high nutrition,and low pesticide residues.
