Objective: To explore the effects of moisture on yield and quality of Rehmannia glutinosa, seek the suitable irrigation condition of growth of Rehmannia glutinosa; To explore different irrigation water-fertiltzer system’s influence on the growth, yield and quality of Rehmannia glutinosa, formulate a scientific water-fertilizer regulation mechanism,guide the agricultural irrigation and fertilization about Rehmannia glutinosa.Methods: Under three irrigation treatments,15 days after watering observe the agronomic traits growth, according to the 2010 edition of “Chinese pharmacopoeia" relevant provision,quality analysis of Rehmannia glutinosa, determine the yield at harvest time, and combine with its quality, use SPSS software and related statistical methods for comprehensive analyze the processing area of Rehmannia glutinosa.Design of L9(33) orthogonal design experiment table, by the field experiment, research the effect of irrigation methods, irrigation amount, irrigation times on growth and active ingredients of Rehmannia glutinosa, determination of yield at harvest time, and evaluation of the quality in the laboratory, filter the optimum irrigation system model of Rehmannia glutinosa.Adopting L16(45) orthogonal design experiment model, research ratio of irrigation,amount of fertilizer, fertilizer(N:P:K) on yield and quality of Rehmannia glutinosa. The experiment for the second year in a confirmatory test, on the basis of original increase the changes of the chlorophyll content, further processing combined with the experimental data of the first year, concluding the optimal water and fertilizer proportion of Rehmannia glutinosa.Results: One: Appropriate irrigation amount can obviously improve the growth, yield and quality of Rehmannia glutinosa, form seeding stage to intamescentia period, with the increase of irrigation amount, the growth is improving gradually, there is a smaller differences at tuber mature period, the growth status of roughly as follows: L3≥L2>L1. The index component in L2 treatment were significantly higher than other two treatment andconventional control CK.Effects of different irrigation amount for each element in Rehmannia glutinosa has not clear change trend, during the whole growing period, the K element content in the leaves are in a decreasing trend, with the increasing of irrigation amount, the K element content in the root is reducing; Mg, Mn,Fe,Zn four kinds of trace elements content in Rehmannia glutinosa plant have no distribution regularity.Under treatment of L2, the yield and comprehensive quality of Rehmannia glutinosa are better than other treatments, among these the yield is 21.8% higher than the CK, the catalpa content higher than 35%.Two: 3, 5, 7 of three treatments of Rehmannia glutinosa growing well; irrigating three times or twice, plants growing have no significant difference, from the overall growth to see it is flat, both better than irrigating once; treatment 3, 5, 7 have a quickly dry matter accumulation after frost during the tuber maturity, Treatment of 3, 5, 7 dry fresh ratio is higher than other processing; there are significant difference between each treatment about the chlorophyll content. treatment 2 area yield is highest to 2846.98 kg, the delivery rates of 7 is highest to24.18%, catalpa content is highest in 7 to 5.56%, actcoside content is highest in 3 to0.26%,polysaccharide content is highest in treatment 2 to 5.59%, extract content with 4processing is highest to 82.85%; The yield and quality guarantee combination for irrigation system of Rehmannia glutinosa is: A1B3C2, which adopts the model of sprinkler irrigation on Rehmannia glutinosa, the amount of irrigation water is 50m3/667m2 every time, when the soil moisture content between 10% and 13%, watering two times by time can ensure Rehmannia glutinosa with high quality and high yield.Three: The four treatments of 5,9,10,13 looks like better during the whole process; the chlorophyll content of Rehmannia glutinosa plant showed a trend of gradually reducing, the suitable combination can slow down the trend of chlorophyll content reducing, the treatment11 is the best, the margin of slow down is 9.28%.leaf fresh weight to 10 treatment is highest to 35.2g, leaf dry weight to handle highest 5and10 to 5.7g, treatment 8and12 have the most roots number is 5.33., root fresh and dry weight with treatment 12 is highest to 306.8g and53 g.Treatment of 11 area yield is highest to 3946.02 kg, the delivery rates of 10 is highest to26.57%, catalpa content is highest in 11 to 7.49%, actcoside and polysaccharide content is highest in 9 to 0.32% and 7.02%, extract content with 13 processing is the highest to 82.82%.The best combination of water and fertilizer treatment is: L3A3B3C2D4, that is at theformative time and intamescentia time watering once every time, the irrigation amount is50m3/667m2, the fertilization is 60kg/667m2 in formative period, the rate of N,P,K is 1:1:1,the fertilization is 50kg/667m2 in intamescentia period, the rate of N,P,K is 1.6:1:3.Conclusion: During the whole reproductive period of Rehmannia glutinosa, form seedling stage to formative period more strict demand for water, by the test results, the appropriate combination of irrigation system is: adopting the model of sprinkler irrigation on Rehmannia glutinosa, each irrigation water of 50m3/667m2, form seeding stage to intamescentia period watering twice; To guide the optimal ratio of water and fertilizer combination of Rehmannia glutinosa production management is: at the formative time and intamescentia time watering once every time, the irrigation amount is 50m3/667m2, the fertilization is 60kg/667m2 in formative period, the rate of N,P,K is 1:1:1, the fertilization is50kg/667m2 in intamescentia period, the rate of N,P,K is 1.6:1:3.
