To realize three-dimensional reconstruction of vine in scale of varieties was significant of identifying and protecting germplasm resources, collaborative experiment, scientific calculation, exhibition display and so on. It was also very important component of automating and informationizing management of vineyard. This study started from morphological rules of grapevine. In order to solve the problems of cannot realizing grapevine reconstruction in scales of varieties, poor in authenticity, complicated in modeling process, we proposed a rapid interaction design of grapevine based on DUS knowledge rules database and organic models database. At first, grapevine in structural units were divided in different scales.Then filtrated the character traits according to DUS and built the database used the filtrated data. We used the database to support the modeling software and guided the three-dimensional data getting and processing as well as parameter setting. The three-dimensional models database was built with processed three-dimensional point clouds data and topological structure data and supported the modeling software as background model database. The software would invoke knowledge database and model database to build a grapevine aboveground after some simple settings through graphics user interface. And the high accuracy argans’ models promoted the reconstruction grapevine model at the same time.The results showed that:1. The divided in grapevine structural unites achieved the accurate description, visual expression, quantitative analysis in grape morphology.2. The grape leaf and fruit models based on measured data can reflect the differences betwe-en varieties.3. The grapevine 3D assistant design method based on the model database and knowledge rule database greatly improved the modeling efficiency and realizes the rapid modeling.
