This study constituted 156 "A-RIL1360" population and 134 "A-RTL1336" population, using Dongnong L13、Henong 60 and Heihe 36. This study made protein content and oil content QTL analysis 、additive effects and epistatic effects and QE interaction effects of QTLs of soybean in two different environments. The result shows :1. A-RIL 1360 acquired a genetic linkage mapping that contains 139 SSR makers and covers 2019.99 cM,and the average genetic distance is 14.74 cM. A-RIL1336 acquired a genetic linkage mapping that contains 156 SSR makers and covers 3238.66 cM, and the average genetic distance is 21.03 cM.2. QTL analysis for protein content and oil content of soybean were detected by simple maker mapping(SMA), interval mapping(IM) and inclusive composite interval mapping(ICIM) method in Keshan 2013 and Haerbin 2014. For A-RIL1360 population: 2 additive effects QTLs for protein content was detected, and qpc60-F-1 can be detected by SMA in Haerbin environment, IM and ICIM, qpc60-A2-1 can be detected by IM and ICIM in Keshan environment; 13 additive effects QTLs for oil content were detected, and qoc60-C1-1、qoc60-D2-1、qoc60-H-1 can be detected by the three methods in Keshan environment. For A-RIL1336 population: 6 additive QTLs for protein content were detected, and qpc36-O-1、qpc36-D2-1 can be detected by the three methods in Haerbin environment; 4 additive effects QTLs for oil content were detected, and qoc36-A2-1 can be detected by three methods, which is the only QTL that can be detected in two invironment. So qoc36-A2-1 has stability in the two invironment.3. This study made epistatic effects and QE interaction analysis using IM and ICIM methods also. For A-RIL1360 population, QTL pairs with epistatic effects for protein content did not detected; 2 QTL pairs with epistatic effects for oil content were detected in Keshan environment; 7 QTLs with QE interaction for protein content were detected, and qpc60-A2-2 was detected by IM and ICIM both; 8 QTLs with QE for oil content interaction were detected, and qoc60-C1-2-1、qoc60-D2-1、qoc60-H-1 were detected by the two methods; 1 QTL pair with additive by additive epistatic effects for protein content were detected; 2 QTL pairs with additive by additive epistatic effects for oil content were detected.For A-RIL1336 population, 8 QTL pairs with epistatic effects for protein content were detected, and the epistatic effects between qpc36-I-1 and qpc36-M-1, qpc36-F-1 and qpc36-G-2 were detected by the two methods in Haerbin and Keshan environment respectively; 11 QTL pairs with epistatic effects for oil content were detected, and the epistatic effects between qoc36-D1a-1 and qoc36-M-2 were detected by the two methods; 8 QTLs with QE interaction for protein content were detected; 6 QTLs with QE for oil content interaction were detected,and qoc36-A2-1、qoc36-G-1 were detected by the two methods both; 10 QTL pairs with additive by additive epistatic effects for protein content were detected, 18 QTL pairs additive by additive with epistatic effects for oil content were detected.
