Field experiments were carried out to evaluate the effects of different cultivation measurements, including sowing dates, NP fertilizes and plant growth regulator PP333 on soybean growth, yield and protein content in different soybean cultivars at Nantong and Xuzhou. The results showed that the average yield of Nannong 88-31 was 3361.3 kgha-1, which was much higher than that of Nannong 86-4 and Caidou 5 at Nantong. It indicates that Nannong 88-31 soybean is more suitable for high-yielding cultivation at local place. At Xuzhou, two soybean cultivars Xudou 11 and Siyang 288 were tested, and the yield of Xudou 11 was slightly higher than that of Siyang 288.Sowing dates had significantly effects on grain yield and protein content in Nannong 88-31 at Nantong. Grain yield and protein content were significantly different among sowing dates. Grain protein was the highest in earlier sowing date, but grain yield and protein yield were the highest in optimum sowing date. So Nannong88-31 can be planted at local place after the crops they maturity in summer .The NP combinations had significantly effects on grain yield and protein yield, but it had no effect on grain protein content. The results showed that 150 kgha"1 Nwith 75 kgha-1 or 150 kgha-1P2O5 increased both grain yield and grain protein yield. The similar results were obtained at Xuzhou. Grain yield was the highest in combination of 120 kgha-1Nwith 150 kgha-1P2O5. The results also showed that under same N rate, increasing P rate increased the seeds per plant as well as grain protein content. But decreasing P rate enhanced grain weight, grain yield and grain protein yield. PP333 treatments significantly decreased plant height but increased soybean yield compared with no PP333 treatment. But there was no significant differences between one- and two-times PP333 treatments. Based on the above results, an integrate cultivation system was formed for high yield and super quality soybean in area from the yangtse River to Huanghuai of Jiangsu.
